Inizialmente come studente universitario per la dichiarazione ISEE successivamente come lavoratore per la compilazione della dichiarazione dei redditi ed a termine dei contratti le eventuali domande per poter percepire l'indennità di disoccupazione, Naspi, il servizio ricevuto e' sempre stato PROFESSIONALE IMPECCABILE e GRATUITO. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! For over 6 years I have been using the services of the Sias patronage of Bologna located in via delle Lame 112 / B. Richiamo, spiego quello che è appena successo, nel tentativo di avere le informazioni di cui ho bisogno, e anche se chi ha risposto questa volta aveva palesemente la stessa voce, non solo nega l'accaduto ma quando inizio a chiedergli informazioni sulla pratica, mi riattacca in faccia. Mi sono sentito preso in giro, e da persone che dovrebbero aiutare proprio i lavoratori...vergognoso, se non sapete fare il vostro lavoro o non ne avete voglia, lasciate il posto a chi lo merita. I call for information on a practice, when the operator answers me he tells me that he makes me talk to those who usually take care of it, attacking me in the face immediately after saying it. I recall, I explain what just happened, in an attempt to get the information I need, and even if the respondent this time clearly had the same voice, not only denies what happened but when I start asking them about the practice, I hangs up in the face. I felt made fun of, and by people who should really help the workers ... shameful, if you don't know how to do your job or don't want to, give way to those who deserve it.
