Il funzionario suddetto mi disse: "Ho la sua pratica sul tavolo e, mercoledì prossimo provvederò a risorvela". Ebbene, passati cinque mesi, ho cercato di sapere quancosa e, dopo innumerevoli telefonate, mi è stato detto che, avrei dovuto avere un appuntamento, sempre tramite telefono. Dopo altre innumerevoli telefonate , non mi è stata fornita alcuna indicazione utile per quel che devo fare, per sapere quel che mi interessa. Ora, avendo parlato, telofonicamente, per più operatori, per sentirmi dire, cose diverse, nonché inutili, se i funzionari INPS, non siete pagati solo per scaldar le sedie, gradire sapere a chi mi devo rivolgere, per avere una risposta chiara, certa, immediata, precisa. Distinti saluti e, mi farò comunque vivo (finché sono vivo). Dai servizi fino ad ora avuti, da codesto spettabile Ente, vi meritate un cielo tenebroso, altro che stelle. Un membro della commissione( il quale non conosco ancora il nome ma ve lo farò sapere appena mi arriverà il verbale) mi ha preso letteralmente in giro riguardo a un carcinoma con conseguente intervento chirurgico. Poi ha aggiunto:" signorina lei è cosi giovane sta benissimo, non ha nulla" Da denuncia! Shame! rude staff and without a minimum of sensitivity!
