Per un semplice duplicato di un documento ho perso un mese tra indicazioni contraddittorie, quando bastava guardare con attenzione lo schermo per stamparlo immediatamente. Lungi da scusarsi, l'impiegato lamentava ancora che era stato emesso da "altra sede".
Bad service and sufficient attitude. For a simple duplicate of a document I lost a month between contradictory indications, when it was enough to look carefully at the screen to print it immediately. Far from apologizing, the clerk still complained that it had been issued by "another location".
