Dopo l'attesa mi viene segnalato che verrò richiamata dopo 48 ore ma non è successo. Ho provato più volte. Ho scritto una raccomandata, una pec e non ho mai ricevuto riscontro. Ho bisogno di parlare con la cassa...cosa devo fare? Far scrivere ad una avvocato per avere una risposta?...ma che poi la domanda sorge spontanea, qualcuno risponderà? I don't like writing bad reviews but I am speechless ... Unable to talk to operators. After the wait, I am told that I will be called back after 48 hours but it has not happened. I have tried several times. I wrote a registered letter, a pec and I never received a reply. I need to talk to the cash ... what should I do? Have a lawyer write for an answer? ... but then the question arises, will someone respond?
D	Davide Prof. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vedo l'ora di cancellarmi dalla cassa, sembra un incubo è una continua richiesta di denaro, purtroppo ho fatto un paio di pagamenti con qualche giorno di ritardo perchè non avevo soldi e ora pago le conseguenze, sanzioni a non finire, quanti colleghi hanno chiuso i battenti a causa vostra , vi sembra onesto che un geometra come lo è stato nel mio caso guadagni 900 euro al mese e ne debba pagare alla cassa 5000 annui? Mi rivolgo a tutti i giovani geometri che vorrebbero intraprendere la libera professione, INFORMATEVI BENE visto che nessuno, parlo dei collegi e delle scuole, ti dice e ti spiega bene a cosa si va incontro. Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio vivamente di iscriversi al collegio dei Geometri brutta esperienza, se potete evitate e consiglio agli ex colleghi di scappare e se proprio non potete cercate di farvi sentire !!! Potrebbe essere l'unico momento dell'anno in cui devono lavorare, e puntualmente non funziona né il sito, né i contatti, né i pagamenti. Ah, ovviamente verranno pure colpevolizzati gli utenti, magari con una bella mora da pagare sui ritardi. Contribution declaration returned to the Cassa and I am already laughing. Li ho contattati più volte con richiesta scritta via mail e, dopo oltre 10 lunghi giorni, ancora nessuna chiamata per sistemare definitivamente la mia posizione alla regolarità contributiva. Chiamo pure per parlare direttamente con un operatore ed ottengo solo la segreteria telefonica senza riuscire a parlare con un bravo addetto che mi dia il supporto necessario e sperato. Neanche una semplice chiamata per sentirsi dire non si preoccupi sarà richiamato appena ci liberiamo degli altri colleghi che hanno chiesto supporto prima di Lei. Già sarebbe stato almeno un primo giustificato contatto con l'iscritto che più volte ha chiesto il loro supporto. Non va bene, non va per nulla bene ed è inutile che ci viene inviata la lettera con l'indicazione del nostro prospetto contributivo se poi non riusciamo a risolvere la nostra posizione di previdenza con la nostra Cassa per Geometri in modo utile e facile.
