Giorni prima ero andato ad informarmi se c'era la possibilità di una delega ma,non trovando alternativa oggi, ho accompagnato mia moglie. CHE VERGOGNA!!! 40 minuti di attesa , non c'è una fila diversa per categorie a rischio di salute e come se non bastasse , giunto il nostro turno, ci ritroviamo con lo stesso identico numero di un'altra persona. Sia la signora che il funzionario non ne hanno voluto sapere . Ed eccoci nuovamente in attesa. COMPLIMENTI all'inps per come gestisce al meglio i propri uffici e per il disinteresse completo di ogni impiegato . Very bad experience !!! I booked an appointment online for my wife who is pregnant and at risk of abortion. Days before I went to inquire if there was the possibility of a delegation but, finding no alternative today, I accompanied my wife. WHAT A SHAME!!! 40 minutes of waiting, there is not a different line for categories at risk of health and to make matters worse, when our turn comes, we find ourselves with the exact same number as another person. Both the lady and the official did not want to know. And here we are again waiting. CONGRATULATIONS INPS for how best to manage their offices and for the complete lack of interest of each employee.

Peccato non poter mettere 0 stelle EDIT Ho parlato più volte con la chat qui su Google ma senza nessun risultato, mi dicevano di mandare email all'indirizzo a cui già ne avevo mandate 10, che avrebbero controllato loro ma ovviamente ZERO. Non capisco come sia possibile che decine di email vengano ignorate completamente. Incompetenti! I have sent emails to all the addresses on the internet, even to that of reservations. Obviously no answer. On the other hand we are in Messina! Too bad not being able to put 0 stars EDIT I spoke several times with the chat here on Google but to no avail, they told me to send emails to the address to which I had already sent 10, which would have checked them but obviously ZERO. I don't understand how it is possible that dozens of emails are completely ignored. Incompetent!

Ovviamente nessuna risposta. Le mie email sono state ignorate completamente. Bad experience. I emailed all the addresses found on the internet to get information on an application submitted two years earlier and never processed. Obviously no answer. My emails were completely ignored.

Non esiste un nr. di telefono per avere un'informazione e non esiste un sito...ovvero quello esistente fa talmente schifo ed è talmente inutile che non si può considerare tale. Per mandare un certificato di ricovero a quale indirizzo pec bisognerebbe mandarlo? Third world stuff! There is no nr. phone to get information and there is no site ... or the existing one sucks so much and is so useless that it cannot be considered as such. To send a certificate of hospitalization to which certified e-mail address should it be sent?
