Bisognerebbe applicare telecamere negli uffici per valutarne il sistema di operare ed il modo di rapportarsi all'utenza. Privacy absent staff unprepared to this role. No person on the phone answers. Due Vigilesse efficenti,cordiali e molto esaustive nelle risposte o nel chiarire i dubbi. Tra l'altro c'erano 3 persone prima di me ma hanno smaltito tutto in poco tempo. Umanamente comprendo che la rabbia che comporta il pagamento di una multa possa portare ad esternare sentimenti negativi ma reputo che occorra scinderlo dal servizio ricevuto dal personale se questo é stato corretto.
