D	Dunno Ohyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orari quasi impossibili (aperti per sole quattro ore la mattina, cinque giorni alla settimana), specialmente in questo periodo di epidemia in cui è impossibile 'accaparrarsi' un appuntamento, seppur questo sia soltanto telefonico. Per questo l'accesso alla NASPI risulta ostruito. Ulteriormente, il sito internet dell'INPS funziona ad intermittenza nei casi migliori, e sia da app che da browser, tentando di accedere alle proprie documentazioni (nel mio caso volevo visualizzare lo stato della domanda NASPI) queste sono inaccessibili a causa di un qualche errore informatico. Ci si aspetterebbe una qualità dei servizi migliore dal principale ente previdenziale del sistema pensionistico pubblico italiano. E' comprensibile che sia intasato, ma perché non viene potenziato? Allo stato attuale, non c'è supporto per i disoccupati licenziati prima di febbraio 2020, o per chi ha ancora qualche anno prima della pensione e non può accedere ad altri sostegni del reddito. A volte è capitato anche il contrario ma sicuramente non è colpa degli impiegati che lavorano in ufficio Parma ma del sistema italiano poco organizzato. Incompetenti, cafoni, svogliati e addirittura uno mi ha risposto che era al supermercato e non poteva aiutarmi e di richiamare che mi avrebbe risposto un suo collega ... io sono basita. Prima di parlare con una persona normale devi fare almeno 5 chiamate inconcepibile I really don't understand why INPS doesn't check the operators it pays. Dicendo che il gratuito non funzionava... è il contrario! Chiamate sempre la linea gratuita dal fisso... Ho potuto prenotare, dopo 3 chiamate inutile sul numero privato... S	Saverio Iacomino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto mettere 1 stella perché non era possibile mettere zero.Un servizio inefficace purtroppo non è colpa dei dipendenti che sono ormai vittima di un sistema che sta' portando sempre di più le persone lontano dalla realtà,basato su sistemi informatici ormai intasati.Per un certificato neanche mi rispondono che bello quando c'era l'impiegato che ti ascoltava e tu uscivi con quello che ti serviva.Adesso è tutto un numero verde e indirizzi elettronici che non rispondono.Povera Italia I had to put 1 star because it was not possible to put zero.Unfortunately, an ineffective service is not the fault of the employees who are now victims of a system that is taking people more and more away from reality, based on clogged computer systems. certificate not even answer me how nice when there was the employee who listened to you and you went out with what you needed.
