Per disponibilità nulla dei posti che risultano sempre occupati. Posso comprendere l'emergenza COVID, ma ciò non giustifica paralizzare i servizi. Se non si è in grado di offrire il servizio in presenza, significa che è giunto il momento di trovare una soluzione alternativa, adeguata alla situazione, quindi per esempio digitale. Perché alcune pratiche non possono essere sbrigate "a distanza" e lasciare i posti in presenza a chi non ha dimestichezza con le tecnologie informatiche? Inoltre, non tutti possono permettersi economicamente di rivolgersi ai mediatori per la risoluzione delle pratiche. Aggiungo che la modalità di prenotazione online è discriminatoria per chi non è in grado di utilizzare tali strumenti , per esempio le persone anziane. Per molti giorni come prima cosa appena sveglio mi sono collegato al sito per cercare di ottenere un appuntamento. Alle richieste fatte per mail e PEC circa le disastrose modalità non ho mai ricevuto risposta. È certamente"merito" di chi in tutti questi anni è stato libero di sfasciare la res publica, a favore di servizi veloci solo se hai i soldi per pagare. Qui ho trovato una signora gentilissima e disponibilissima che mi ha aiutato e mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Veramente soddisfatto del servizio I had to complete a file at the PRA. I found a lot of competence but above all a lot of courtesy and kindness on the part of the clerk at the counter. Non si può fare più di una pratica contemporaneamente e non si può prenotare più di una volta nel mese. 13 giorni per avere un appuntamento, che poi mi è stato annullato per "chiusura straordinaria".
