★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'assistenza in loco per l passaggio è stata perfetta. Problema è a monte quando si chiama e si chiede i costo. Confermano un costo del passaggio per Macchina di oltre 30 anni e poi al momento di pagare ci si trova un prezzo totalmente diverso. Ero consapevole del costo maggiore per il passaggio per auto normali, essendo la mia una macchina di 30 anni e quindi passata storica ho chiesto due volte se fosse sicuro.
 On-site care for the passage has been perfect. Problem is upstream when it's called and the cost is asked. They confirm a cost of passing by machine over 30 years and then at the time of paying there is a totally different price. I was aware of the higher cost for the passage for normal cars, being my 30-year-old car and then historical passed I asked twice if it were safe.

Ho prenotato telefonicamente l'appuntamento (si può anche on line) e ho fatto le fotografie direttamente presso l'ufficio (la macchinetta per le fototessera si trova all'ingresso). Ottimo servizio. Grazie.
I have just renewed my driving license: in less than an hour everything was done. I booked the appointment by phone (you can also online) and I took the photographs directly at the office (the machine for passport photos is located at the entrance). Excellent service. Thank you.

Ottima efficienza in 10 minuti ho risolto la pratica. Molta professionalità e gentilezza.
Unico appunto: l'appuntamento è praticamente inutile. Si prende comunque il numero di arrivo e si viene chiamati in base a tale dato, non al fatto di avere un orario già fissato, ma la cosa funziona bene comunque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo, 5 minuti per la gestone dei dati da comunicare, consegnare foto, patente e CF. Ho aspettato altri 3 minuti e poi ho effettuato il controllo della vista con il medico. Tutte le ricevute dei pagamenti, zero code all'ufficio postale e in tre giorni lavorativi riceverò la nuova patente a casa con assicurata postale. Forse costerà qualcosa in più, ma se si considera il tempo risparmiato si tratta anche di un risparmio economico.
Excellent, 5 minutes for the management of the data to be communicated, deliver photos, driving license and CF. I waited another 3 minutes and then checked my vision with the doctor. All payment receipts, zero code at the post office and in three working days I will receive the new driving license at home with postal insurance. Maybe it will cost a little more, but if you consider the time saved it is also an economic saving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parlo per il passaggio auto. Prenotare un appuntamento online sul sito dell'ACI è facilissimo, un po meno per il PRA, al quale nn sono riuscito a prenderlo. Tempistica della mezzora rispettata (forse anche poco meno). Un consiglio, prenotate! xche nn cera gente ad entrare, ma alla mia uscita ci saranno state una decina di persone in attesa, considerando anche i pochi sportelli attivi, per via del covid.
La signora bionda, allo sportello 9, molto gentile, sa fare il suo lavoro alla grande e a reso tutto più facile anche a persone che magari ne sanno meno (c'era x mia nonna che di anni ne ha una certa). Tutto sommato siamo stati contenti!!!
I speak for the car passage. Booking an appointment online on the ACI website is very easy, a little less for the PRA, to which I have not managed to take it. Timing of the half hour respected (perhaps even a little less). A tip, book! xche there were no people to enter, but at my exit there must have been about ten people waiting, also considering the few active branches, due to the covid.
The blonde lady, at counter 9, very kind, knows how to do her job great and made everything easier even for people who may know less (there was x my grandmother who has some years of age). All in all we were happy !!!

Nonostante non ci fosse nessuno davanti a noi, prima di essere ricevuti è passata una mezz'oretta rispetto all'ora prenotata. Poi l'operazione si è svolta in circa 25 minuti. L'organizzazione generale è senza dubbio da migliorare, magari meglio della motorizzazione ma dato il costo più elevato per la pratica mi aspettavo un servizio più efficiente. Informazioni all'ingresso poco chiare, sala d'attesa inesistente, cortesia del personale non pervenuta, norme anticovid random.
