★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza per il cambio di un rossetto MAI UTILIZZATO. Mia figlia (15 anni) ha acquistato il prodotto soprascritto per un regalo, il quale non è stato apprezzato per la tipologia (la persona voleva un rossetto liquido e non classico). Tengo a precisare che il rossetto non è mai stato utilizzato e che l’indomani la ragazza si è recata presso il punto vendita per richiedere una sostituzione. L’addetta vendite ha preso il rossetto, lo ha aperto, ha passato lo stesso sul suo dito (una scena SURREALE) dicendole: “lo hai utilizzato e non possiamo cambiarlo poiché non rivendibile”, sporcando anche l’astuccio che lo conteneva. Il tutto capitava mentre Un’altra collega distraeva mia figlia dicendole che “non era la prima volta che chiedeva di sostituire i prodotti acquistati lì dentro”, cosa assolutamente falsa dato che era la seconda volta che acquistava in quel negozio. Aver approfittato così dell’inesperienza di una ragazzina per nemmeno 6 euro di merce mi fa rabbrividire e riflettere. Il problema non è il prezzo del rossetto, ma che due ragazze (le quali dovrebbero ringraziare il padre eterno per avere uno stipendio), sfoghino la propria frustrazione verso una ragazzina che aveva chiesto una sostituzione che è nel suo diritto PER LEGGE ed è specificata dal codice del consumo. Applausi a voi a scena aperta, rullo di tamburi e pernacchia finale. La prossima volta , se mai ci saranno ancora queste professioniste e qualora avessi io un ripensamento sul prodotto, chiamerò le autorità competenti così,per sei euro, lo alzo io il polverone ? Vergogna e imparate a lavorare.
Bad experience for changing a lipstick NEVER USED. My daughter (15 years old) bought the above product for a gift, which was not appreciated for its type (the person wanted a liquid and non-classic lipstick). I want to clarify that the lipstick has never been used and that the next day the girl went to the store to request a replacement. The sales clerk took the lipstick, opened it, passed the same on her finger (a SURREAL scene) saying: "you used it and we cannot change it since it is not resellable", also dirtying the case that contained it. It all happened while another colleague distracted my daughter by telling her that "it was not the first time she asked to replace the products purchased in there", which was absolutely false since it was the second time she bought in that shop. Having taken advantage of the inexperience of a young girl for not even 6 euros of goods makes me shiver and reflect. The problem is not the price of the lipstick, but that two girls (who should thank their eternal father for having a salary), vent their frustration towards a girl who had asked for a replacement which is in her right BY LAW and is specified by the consumer code. Applause to you on the open scene, drum roll and final rasp. Next time, if ever there will still be these professionals and if I have an afterthought on the product, I will call the competent authorities so, for six euros, I will raise the fuss ? Shame and learn to work.

Ogni qualvolta ho bisogno di consigli per cambiare il look mi sanno aiutare nella scelta del prodotto più adeguato. Suggeriscono sempre le offerte e non cercano invece di depistarti su analoghi ma nn in offerta. I prodotti per me hanno un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
I have been a customer since the first time it opened here in arcades. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Whenever I need advice to change the look, they know how to help me in choosing the most suitable product. They always suggest offers and do not try to mislead you on analogues but not on offers. The products for me are good value for money.
