Premesso che siamo clienti da anni e già mia nonna era un'assidua cliente per corrispondenza, e anche con mia madre ci siamo sempre trovate bene con i loro prodotti. Ma una delle ragazze che lo gestisce non si è comportata correttamente nei miei confronti. Ho fatto i punti con contributo finale e la trapunta, che mi avevano detto sarebbe arrivata a gennaio me l'hanno consegnata a fine marzo, rimandandomi di settimana in settimana. Poi ho saputo che alle loro clienti "forse" più assidue, le avevano consegnate a novembre. Ed era già successo in precedenza. Ovviamente cambierò negozio e non comprerò più da loro. I'm sorry to give my negative review. Given that we have been customers for years and already my grandmother was a regular customer by correspondence, and even with my mother we always found good with their products. But one of the girls who runs it didn't behave properly towards me. I made the final contribution points and the quilt, which they told me would arrive in January, they delivered to me at the end of March, sending me back week by week. Then I learned that they had been handed over to their "perhaps" regular clients in November. And it had happened before. Obviously I will change shop and I will not buy from them anymore.
