Tante parole ma al momento di concludere ZERO fatti. Si presentano (il titolare in special modo) con il macchinone, abito firmato e ti tratta come se potesse risolvere qualsiasi problema (io ho fatto... io posso fare... sa che io... bla bla bla). Risultato? Problema quasi raddoppiato e nessuna tutela da parte loro (dopo un po' non ti rispondono nemmeno più...) Esistono altre decine di aziende a Bologna di questo tipo, consiglio vivamente andate dalle altre!!! I can only share the opinion of the other user. There are other dozens of companies in Bologna of this type, I highly recommend going to the others !!!

A dire il vero ho conosciuto per caso questa agenzia , passando davanti ai loro uffici. Subito mi sono sentito in un ambiente disponibile e cordiale che ascoltava i miei problemi. Ieri abbiamo concluso l’iter ed ho avuto un equo risarcimento. Sono quindi a scrivere questa recensione, a dire il vero la prima in vita mia. Non posso che essere soddisfatto da come sia stato seguito l’incidente, dalla cortesia del personale e dalla sua professionalità che mi ha portato in soli due mesi a vedere riconosciuti tutti i miei diritti. Scrivendo queste righe ho visto due recensioni precedenti, che mi hanno molto meravigliato, in quanto, per esperienza personale diretta ho trovato tutta un’altra situazione e tutta un’altra premura nei miei confronti. Completa disponibilità e presenza continua al mio caso, nonché grandissima professionalità e disponibilità. Non posso che consigliare questa struttura a coloro che abbiano bisogno di una agenzia di infortunistica stradale. A couple of months ago I suffered a serious car accident and to get out of it seeing my rights protected I had to resort to a road accident agency. Actually, I met this agency by chance, passing in front of their offices. I immediately felt in an available and friendly environment that listened to my problems. Yesterday we concluded the process and I received fair compensation. I am therefore writing this review, to be honest the first one in my life. I can only be satisfied with how the incident was followed, the courtesy of the staff and his professionalism that led me to see all my rights recognized in just two months. Writing these lines I saw two previous reviews, which surprised me a lot, because, from personal experience, I found a whole other situation and a whole other kindness towards me. Complete availability and continuous presence in my case, as well as great professionalism and availability. I can only recommend this property to those who need a road accident prevention agency.
M	Marco Nikele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .Siamo molto soddisfatti che le autorità abbiano fatto il suo corso e che il Sig Tommaso che è sempre la stessa persona che ha effettuato la prima recensione negativa con un profilo che non riportava il suo vero nome e cognome 6 anni fa sia dovuto venire allo scoperto anche nella recensione di 3 anni fa levandosi la maschera dell'anonimato. Noi infatti comunicammo i nostri sospetti evidentemente fondati su l'unica persona che ci aveva palesato di volerci fare una pubblicità negativa alla Polizia, probabilmente per non essere stato liquidato da un assicurazione come avrebbe voluto tramite il nostro intervento. Purtroppo questi casi si ripeteranno fino a quando tutti gli utenti del Weeb dovranno incaricare le Forze Dell'ordine per far uscire allo scoperto queste vicende di diffamazione gratuita in cui chiunque puo con un profilo falso fare recensioni per rovinare l'immagine di chi svolge una attività in maniera ineccepibile, ecco perché questo sistema delle recensioni finché il problema non sarà risolto, lascierà sempre il tempo che trova..... Chi ci conosce e sono migliaia di clienti in oltre 60 anni di attività, non può che essere il primo nostro referente per indirizzarci assistiti con nuove problematiche da risolvere, di certo non sarà il Sig Tommaso a rovinare la nostra immagine.
