Il corso è stato tenuto da docenti esperti del mondo del marketing, essendo il corso in Web Advert e Reputation, e ho molto apprezzato l’attenzione che i nostri tutor hanno dedicato alla ricerca dei tirocini pensando a percorsi personalizzati in base agli interessi dei partecipanti. Unico neo iniziale: la sede è un po’ difficile da trovare trovandosi in un edificio con due accessi e molti interni. Il primo giorno infatti mi sono trovata costretta a contattarli telefonicamente ma loro, con gentilezza, mi hanno spiegato per filo e per segno come poterli raggiungere. I attended a training course sponsored by the region at Infolog. The course was taught by expert teachers from the world of marketing, being the course in Web Advert and Reputation, and I greatly appreciated the attention that our tutors dedicated to the search for internships, thinking of personalized paths based on the interests of the participants. The only initial drawback: the venue is a bit difficult to find as it is in a building with two entrances and many interiors. In fact, the first day I found myself forced to contact them by phone but they, with kindness, explained to me in detail how to reach them.

Posso però dare indicazioni generali sul centro di formazione. Infolog è il luogo perfetto per seguire un corso. Con un ampio parcheggio gratuito (anche sotterraneo, così d'estate l'auto non diventa rovente), Infolog si trova in un centro direzionale con bar, supermercato e diversi ristoranti, tutto a poche decine di metri dalla sede. L'aula è dotata di aria condizionata e il centro di formazione mette disposizione un computer per ogni studente, in modo che anche chi ha solo un computer "fisso" possa eseguire in aula le esercitazioni pratiche. Tutor e personale sono sempre disponibili anche per richieste all'ultimo secondo e cercano di assecondare le necessità di ogni partecipante. Non sono rari infatti i cambi d'orario - concordati con tutta la classe e con i docenti - per fare in modo che nessuno rischi di perdere le lezioni. Un centro di formazione dove io mi trovo bene come docente e dove gli studenti si trovano subito a proprio agio (in corsi dal contenuto di altissimo livello sia teorico sia patico). I cannot give a judgment on the content of the training (since I am one of the trainers I would be biased). However, I can give general indications on the training center. Infolog is the perfect place to take a course. With a large free car park (also underground, so the car doesn't get hot in summer), Infolog is located in a business center with a bar, supermarket and several restaurants, all within a few meters of the headquarters. The classroom is equipped with air conditioning and the training center provides a computer for each student, so that even those with only a "fixed" computer can perform practical exercises in the classroom. Tutors and staff are always available even for last-second requests and try to accommodate the needs of each participant. In fact, timetable changes are not uncommon - agreed with the whole class and with the teachers - to ensure that no one risks losing lessons. A training center where I feel comfortable as a teacher and where students are immediately at ease (in courses with a very high level both theoretical and pathetic).

Il corso ha affrontato anche aspetti collaterali ma importanti come la recente normativa sulla privacy e la formazione di un business plan. Personalmente però avrei voluto prendere in considerazione anche il settore del posizionamento organico nei motori di ricerca, ma non c’è stato abbastanza tempo per farlo. Per tutta la durata delle ore di formazione in aula, ogni allievo ha dovuto avvalersi di un computer per esercitarsi nell’uso dei tools digitali previsti. Infolog ha dimostrato costante disponibilità nel garantirci il numero necessario di pc fin dall’inizio del corso, permettendoci così di lavorare comodamente in aula con i loro strumenti. Il corso è stato molto interessante in termini di contenuti e ben organizzato, computer disponibili in sede, connessione wi-fi, aria condizionata e altri servizi. Lo staff è molto disponibile, avevamo una tutor di riferimento pronta a rispondere ad ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta anche nella gestione del calendario settimanale. Ho trovato il corso molto interessante e ricco di argomenti. I docenti erano molto disponibili e sempre attenti alle esigenze di noi allievi, anche se molto restrittivi per quanto riguarda le pause durante le lezioni. Ho riscontrato anche poca flessibilità nei confronti dei responsabili di Infolog riguardanti gli orari di entrata e uscita e le relative firme: punto sfavorevole per chi, come me, viene da fuori Perugia. L’agenzia di formazione concede per tutti i suoi corsi un laptop per ogni partecipante, i docenti erano preparati, i tutor d’aula molto disponibili e il direttore ha accolto le richieste di tutti per il tirocinio successivo al corso. La sede di San Sisto è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, i parcheggi sono tutti gratuiti, anche quelli coperti, e nelle vicinanze ci sono tre supermercati e due ristoranti. L’aula delle lezioni è comoda anche se, essendo all’ultimo piano, d’estate i condizionatori devono rimanere sempre accesi. I followed a regional training course at Infolog. Io ho avuto la fortuna di accedere ad un suo corso in Web Advertising e Web Reputation, finanziato dalla Regione. La sede, un po’ scomoda da raggiungere, compensa con un ampio parcheggio, anche coperto! Il corso ha offerto la possibilità di interagire con professori esperti del proprio settore, sempre aperti al conforto e a rispiegare punti non chiari del programma. Infolog is a Perugia institution that deals with the management, as well as the headquarters, of various training courses. I was lucky enough to access one of his courses in Web Advertising and Web Reputation, funded by the Region. The venue, a little awkward to reach, compensates with a large car park, even covered!
