F	Felix Kote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi e sopratutto bugiardi! mi sono candidato ad un'offerta di lavoro e mi hanno contattato in fretta, sono andato in sede e ci siamo accordati per un "pensaci se ti interessa, poi ti dico come si chiama il posto", nonostante avessi detto chiaramente più volte che mi interessava. Il giorno concordato li richiamo, mi dicono di andare a vedere il posto da cliente e di fargli sapere dopo 3 giorni. Mi rifaccio vivo e finalmente mi vogliono far incontrare il proprietario, dicono che mi contatteranno quando avranno una data. Aspetto un paio di giorni e nessun segno di vita, mi decido a chiamarli io. Mi rispondono in modo sbrigativo senza concludere nulla. Li richiamo il giorno dopo.. e il succo è "no M... è in riunione noi non sappiamo nulla,arrivederci", per tutto il giorno. Finalmente giorni dopo mi metto in contatto con lei e mi dice che il posto ha preso un altro, senza dire nulla a loro! Nemmeno il coraggio di dirlo prima, devono salvarsi la faccia giustamente.. They answer me hastily without concluding anything. I'll call them back the next day .. and the gist is "no M ... he's in a meeting we don't know anything, goodbye", all day long. Finally days later I get in touch with her and she tells me that the place has taken another, without saying anything to them! Not even the courage to say it first, they have to save face rightly ..

Risultato: in tutto questo tempo non ho MAI ricevuto una offerta di lavoro...... Credo non serva aggiungere altro...... F	Francesco Capodicasa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso dare un giudizio positivo su Umana per diverse ragioni. Prima cosa, è difficile trovare un posto auto là perché sono pochi e l'area è trafficata. Seconda, aprendo alle 10 e arrivando là, solo per parlarci devi fare la fila e aspettare anche parecchio. Terzo, sono iscritto da tantissimi anni là e non mi hanno trovato mai un lavoro, nemmeno part time o a termine, manco per una settimana e non chiamano mai manco per parlare di offerte e dicono sempre che bisogna candidarsi direttamente dal loro sito e poi non ci sono risposte a riguardo. Ad Umana poi ci lavora anche la sorella di una mia ex compagna di scuola, le ho chiesto aiuto nella ricerca lavoro e mia ha risposto che non può fare nulla. Propongono a volte iscrizione a corsi piuttosto costosi che secondo me non aprono le porte al lavoro. Unica piccola nota positiva è che questi corsi sono gratis solo se presenti apposito voucher. Per il resto, con questa agenzia non sono riuscito a combinare niente nonostante dicano sia meglio di altre. Meglio non perderci troppo tempo, anche perché ho capito che il lavoro lo trovano solo ai soliti e poco importa se uno cerca lavoro da tantissimi anni senza risultati. Vi offrono lavori per qualche mese, se vi va bene potete andare avanti 1/2 anni e poi siete al punto di partenza ? Con loro ho lavorato 4/5 anni, ho cambiato spesso lavoro e dopo 5 anni mi sono ritrovato senza lavoro ? Nessuna possibilità di inserimento ?
