L'accuratezza delle misurazioni degli infissi durante il sopralluogo ha permesso un montaggio rapido e senza errori. Sono stati puntuali nella consegna ed estremamente attenti in fase di montaggio: hanno utilizzato ogni accortezza per proteggere il parquet delicato posato in tutta l'abitazione. Ho scelto inoltre la posa Termofix: questo ha reso ancora più valida ed eccellente la scelta della DEFER, sia in termini di bellezza degli infissi forniti che in termini di accuratezza della posa ed in termini di isolamento termico ed acustico. The accuracy of the measurements of the fixtures during the inspection allowed a quick and error-free assembly. They were punctual in delivery and extremely careful during assembly: they used every precaution to protect the delicate parquet laid throughout the home. I also chose the Termofix installation: this made DEFER's choice even more valid and excellent, both in terms of the beauty of the fixtures supplied and in terms of accuracy of the installation and in terms of thermal and acoustic insulation. Molto disponibili e flessibili negli orari sia per prendere le misure che per il montaggio. Le finestre sono eccezionali e la ferramenta applicata è di qualità tanto che una finestra montata da diversi mesi ad oggi sembra ancora nuova. Anche il servizio post vendita è efficiente....cosa molto rara al giorno d'oggi, infatti sono venuti per regolarmi una finestra che per verniciare la parete avevo erroneamente starato e non ho speso nulla. Grazie ai consigli del titolare, Claudio, ho subito trovato la soluzione più adatta alle mie esigenze. L'installazione e l'assistenza fornita anche in post vendita, poi mi hanno molto soddisfatto. A parità di spesa, il prodotto ha una qualità decisamente superiore tanto che il rapporto qualità/prezzo non ha paragoni con quello degli altri preventivi ricevuti. Il montaggio è stato ottimo, hanno seguito tutte le disposizioni fornite dal mio Direttore dei Lavori. Prezzi nella media. Dopo diversi mesi dal montaggio posso dire di ritenermi pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto, infissi veramente di ottima qualità. L'unico neo è il leggero ritardo nelle consegne per questo motivo non do 5 stelle. Kind and available in all the various working phases, starting from the inspection until the final choice of the fixtures in their Showroom, where they helped me in choosing the best type of fixture according to my needs. The assembly was excellent, they followed all the instructions provided by my construction manager. Average prices. After several months from the assembly I can say that I am fully satisfied with the purchase, really good quality fixtures. The only drawback is the slight delay in deliveries for this reason I do not give 5 stars.
