In the family we have been customers for several years and every time I go into the store for a gift or to buy something for the house I always come up with the impression of having bought an object of great value but at a great price. The staff who know how to advise the best are also very kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai commentato in maniera negativa ma, dopo essere stati malamente accompagnati fuori da un commesso sabato 19.6 perché entrati alle ore 12,01 nel negozio con le porte ancora aperte e, non sapendo che il negozio chiudesse in quell'orario (ore 12,00) mi trovo a dover sconsigliare non tanto i prodotti (che ovviamente non abbiamo visto) ma la gestione del cliente che è stata a dir poco scandalosa
I have never commented in a negative way but, after being badly escorted out by a clerk on Saturday 19.6 because I entered the shop at 12.01 with the doors still open and, not knowing that the shop closed at that time (12.00, 00) I find myself having to advise against not so much the products (which obviously we have not seen) but the customer management which was nothing short of scandalous
