★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è sempre cordiale e preparato, diffidate da chi dice il contrario o millanta che il personale non alzi la cornetta del telefono. Sono loro cliente da 5 anni e ho sempre visto come lavorano, gli unici casi in cui non riuscivano a rispondere a telefono è perché o erano in retrobottega a prendere i videogiochi per i clienti o perché il locale era intasato e quindi non riuscivano a servire sia i clienti che a rispondere al telefono. Abbiate rispetto per chi lavora, molto spesso questi ragazzi sono da soli a gestire un intero negozio. Non sono dei centralinisti e per ogni domanda vi ê comunque sia il sito. Io ho visto gente che nonostante sapesse che non vi erano le play 5 chiamare per sapere se ci fossero e addirittura dire " ho visto sul sito che non avete disponibilità delle play 5, ma allora ci sono o no?"
O i casi più eclatanti chiamare ad orario di chiusura o chiamare per chiedere se il negozio è aperto nonostante gli orari di chiusura e apertura su Google ci siano e siamo giusti.
Perciò prima di dire queste cose 1 cercate di comprendere la situazione lavorativa
2 abbiate rispetto.
Ultima cosa non giudicate i commessi per la catena per cui lavorano. Il Gamestop non è il negozio nerd sottocasa è una catena americana e i prezzi e il tutto lo decide la catena, le persone che vi sono dentro non sono i titolari del negozio ma bensì dei dipendenti, ne più ne meno dei commessi della coop.
Ritornando a noi se volete un negozio di videogiochi nel Valdarno con personale competente andate dal Gamestop
