★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che quello di Campagnano rappresenti il supermercato INCOOP più triste della regione.
Partendo dall'edificio esterno, decadente e sporco.
All'interno naturalmente è più pulito ma, la tristezza ti assale.
Scaffali mezzi vuoti, pochissimi prodotti nuovi, un disordine grandioso.
Il reparto della salumeria ha sempre le stesse cose, poco di tutto, insomma come ho detto una tristezza.
Sembra un discount anni '90...
Mi chiedo quanto ci vorrebbe in termini di investimenti, fare tinteggiare l'edificio, avere una agenzia delle pulizie valida e soprattutto una gestione e una riorganizzazione che renda il discount, scusate il supermercato, un posto che quando entri sei invogliato ad acquistare e non, rappresentare, l'ultima spiaggia a 5' dalla chiusura!
Sul personale non mi pronuncio, in quanto, in quell'ambiente, sarei demotivato anch'io!
I think the one in Campagnano represents the saddest INCOOP supermarket in the region.
Starting from the external building, decadent and dirty.
Inside it is of course cleaner but sadness assails you.
Half-empty shelves, very few new products, a grandiose mess.
The delicatessen department always has the same things, little of everything, in short, as I said, a sadness.
It looks like a 90s discount store ...
I wonder how much it would take in terms of investments, have the building painted, have a valid cleaning agency and above all a management and reorganization that makes the discount, sorry the supermarket, a place that when you enter you are tempted to buy and not, represent, the last resort 5 'from closing!
Personally, I do not say, as, in that environment, I would be unmotivated too!
