Most critically for me, Stefano and his colleagues have always been very professional and honest. He has been completely transparent in matters of money and this quality is very rare in any business these days. I never worry about sending him money from the US.
The honesty is what makes it easy for me to do business with Stefano and Gloria especially from overseas , I know I can trust them. Most people assume all car dealers are evil but Stefano and Gloria are different, they care about customers, being open and fair.
