★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato la mia targa con la foto del mio amico a 4 zampe,mi sono trovata già molto bene nel caricare la foto e nel vedere l'anteprima (cosa che trovo davvero utile) molto semplice e intuitivo,ho ordinato anche dei fantastici adesivi che rappresentano la mia famiglia,indecisa su quale scegliere perché ce ne sono davvero tantissimi e molto carini. Ordino il tutto e aspetto,ma dopo un po' non mi arriva nulla,contatto subito il rivenditore via email e mi spiegano che il mio ordine è ritornato indietro causa posta. Così appena hanno riavuto il mio pacco,mi hanno contattato via WhatsApp (altro punto a favore)e mandato le indicazioni di come rimettere il nuovo indirizzo,dopo di che in 3 giorni il pacco è arrivato e ne sono stata davvero soddisfatta era perfetto e ottimo materiale per entrambi gli ordini fatti.

I ordered my plate with the photo of my 4-legged friend, I was already very happy in uploading the photo and seeing the preview (which I find really useful) very simple and intuitive, I also ordered some fantastic stickers that they represent my family, undecided on which one to choose because there are so many and very nice ones. I order everything and wait, but after a while nothing arrives, I immediately contact the retailer by email and they explain that my order has returned due to mail. So as soon as they got my package back, they contacted me via WhatsApp (another point in favor) and sent the directions on how to put the new address back, after which in 3 days the package arrived and I was really satisfied it was perfect and excellent material for both orders placed.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo bisogno di un'incisione laser su un oggetto per una ricorrenza importante e, seppure fosse qualcosa da fare con una piccola spesa era di gran valore affettivo per me. La cura, professionalità e cortesia che hanno dedicato nel seguirmi in questo progetto è stata davvero unica ed encomiabile.
Nonostante i tempi stretti con cui mi sono presentata mi hanno comunque aiutata, assistita e seguita nel progetto per restituirmi infine un oggetto valorizzato da una elegante, fine e splendida incisione!!! Grandissima professionalità, serietà, nonché gentilezza e cura perfetta del cliente.

I needed a laser engraving on an object for an important occasion and, even if it was something to do with a small expense, it was of great emotional value to me. The care, professionalism and courtesy they dedicated in following me in this project was truly unique and commendable.
Despite the tight deadlines with which I introduced myself, they still helped, assisted and followed me in the project to finally give me back an object enhanced by an elegant, fine and splendid engraving !!! Great professionalism, seriousness, as well as kindness and perfect customer care.

Problema invece grande... Su un ordine effettuato..... Prendi 4 il quinto adesivo in omaggio.... Magicamente da 5 adesivi ordinati dal sito.... La conferma ordine si trasforma in 4.. io pensando in bene... Dico... Ok sicuramente ti fanno vedere i pagati e arriveranno poi i 5 con l'omaggio...
E ovviamente arrivano 4 adesivi.... Scrivo email.. e ..... Lasciamo stare la risposta ...

Big problem instead ... On an order placed ..... Get 4 the fifth sticker for free .... Magically from 5 stickers ordered from the site .... The order confirmation turns into 4 .. I think well ... I say ... Ok surely they show you the paid ones and then the 5 will arrive with the gift ...
And of course, 4 stickers arrive .... I write emails .. and ..... Forget the answer ...
