★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono ed espongo il mio problema per un disservizio. Non una sciocchezza. Dall'altro capo del telefono una voce tuonante mi urla che la CIGL non fa queste cose. Poi butta giù il telefono dicendo "a mai più risentirci". Questi dovrebbero essere i referenti dei pensionati?
I phone and expose my problem for a disservice. Not nonsense. From the other end of the phone a thunderous voice yells at me that the CIGL doesn't do these things. Then he throws down the phone saying "never hear from us again". Should these be the contact persons for retirees?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Competenti e preparati, il medico legale anche molto gentile, due volte hanno risolto le mie pratiche....purtroppo negli ultimi tempi ho trovato una signora maleducata (verso tutti)con zero empatia e voglia di fare....infatti molte persone sono andate via trovando la signora maleducata...peccato per tutte le persone che svolgono bene il lavoro li dentro...
Competent and prepared, the coroner also very kind, they solved my practices twice .... unfortunately in recent times I found a rude lady (towards everyone) with zero empathy and desire to do ... in fact many people are go away and find the rude lady ... shame about all the people who do the job well in there ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina ho provato a ripetutamente a chiamare per fissare un appuntamento. Nonostante l'ufficio chiudesse alle 13.30 nessuno si è degnato di alzare la cornetta del telefono. Ho chiesto alla mia compagna di telefonare, e in effetti a lei è andata meglio: le hanno risposto e buttato il telefono in faccia con la scusa che non si sentiva. Probabilmente gli impiegati erano impegnati nel consueto torneo di campo minato. Questa non è comunque una giustificazione per il disservizio. Consiglio ai membri dell'ufficio di fare il proprio dovere durante l'orario di lavoro, invece di perdersi in attività ludiche. Cordialmente.
This morning I repeatedly tried to call to make an appointment. Although the office closed at 1.30pm no one deigned to pick up the phone. I asked my partner to call, and in fact it went better for her: they answered her and threw the phone in her face with the excuse that she could not hear. The employees were probably engaged in the usual minefield tournament. However, this is not a justification for the disservice. I advise members of the office to do their duty during working hours, instead of getting lost in playful activities. Sincerely.
