Non ho accettato l'appuntamento, ma anche l'avessi fatto, mi chiedo dove sia la differenza tra oggi e domani... Domani le persone che arriverebbero dopo di me, non dovrebbero aspettare comunque il tempo dovuto? Credo invece che a volte si esageri con le manie di protagonismo, gli appuntamenti servirebbero per cose più importanti! Sarebbe utile avere delle risposte sensate, visto che noi contribuenti sosteniamo anche questa tipologia di servizi. Sarebbe utile anche, che il sistema fosse urgentemente aggiornato con le moderne tecniche/tecnologie per assistenza on line. Capisco tutte le difficoltà del momento, ma come fa una persona che chiede la disoccupazione a dichiarare il proprio stato, se non c'è alcuna possibilità?
