La signora molto arrogante, cafona e maleducata, si è rifiutata di aprire una pratica perché, cito: a parer mio la cifra da recuperare non ne vale la pena, per aprile la pratica ci voglio almeno 100 euro ed io non spreco così il mio tempo.
