Consigliatissimo! Kind, professional, helpful and they never say no, they always find you a place when possible! The place is beautiful, modern and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Dopo il trattamento ho avuto problemi di gonfiore e rossore alle cuticole. Inoltre dopo una settimana la ricostruzione si e’ rotta su quasi tutte le unghie. Prezzo pagato 100 euro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo pessimo I made a gel reconstruction. Aesthetically, the reconstructed nail remained quite thick. After the treatment I had problems with swelling and redness in the cuticles. Furthermore, after a week, the reconstruction broke on almost all the nails. Price paid 100 euros. Bad quality / price ratio
L	Livia Alessandroni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata trattata malissimo. Le condizioni igieniche del locale adibito a centro estetico sono pessime. Mi hanno fatta sedere su un divano di pelle evidentemente non adibito ai trattamenti estetici, senza neanche mettere sopra un telino o qualcosa per renderlo più igienico. Il locale all’interno è squallido e non accogliente, non sembra neanche un centro estetico. Le estetiste poco professionali e davvero sgradevoli. L’estetista mi ha anche fatto male ad un dito ed ho dovuto poi comprare una pomata antibiotica per ridurre i sintomi, ho ancora dolore e spero che non si infetti. Mi hanno lasciata aspettare che si ascougasse lo smalto al freddo senza un minimo di cura al cliente e senza rispetto, con la porta esterna aperta sebbene avessi detto di avere freddo. Quando ho provato a chiamare per darmi almeno qualcosa per coprirmi mi hanno risposto sbuffando. Davvero il peggior posto in cui io sia mai stata, esperienza davvero pessima. They made me sit on a leather sofa obviously not used for beauty treatments, without even putting a cloth or something on it to make it more hygienic. The room inside is shabby and not welcoming, it doesn't even look like a beauty center. Unprofessional and really unpleasant beauticians. The beautician also hurt my finger and I then had to buy an antibiotic ointment to reduce the symptoms. I still have pain and I hope it won't get infected. They let me wait for the nail polish to dry in the cold without a minimum of customer care and disrespect, with the outside door open even though I said I was cold. When I tried to call to give me at least something to cover me they replied snorting. Really the worst place I've ever been, really bad experience.
