★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sistema funziona abbastanza bene,le ragazze che ti ricevono sono cortesi e veloci nell'assegnare il numerino per poi svolgere lz visita medica, il problema sorge quando ti presenti in tarda mattinata e quindi ti ritrovi una saletta piena di persone in attesa e conseguentemente l'attesa non sara breve . Consiglio di presentarsi subito alle 8.30 quando aprono gli ambulatori per essere nei primi al fine di svolgere il tutto in breve tempo .
The system works quite well, the girls who receive you are courteous and quick in assigning the number to then perform the medical examination, the problem arises when you show up late in the morning and therefore you find yourself a room full of people waiting and consequently the waiting will not be short. I recommend arriving immediately at 8.30 am when the clinics open to be the first to do everything in a short time.

Trovare persone che ti rispondano educatamente ormai non è comune invece devo dire che chiamando l'Inail di Ravenna mi sono trovata sempre bene
I have called several times for information about an open occupational disease practice and have always dealt with kind, polite people who finally gave me answers. Finding people who answer you politely is now not common but I must say that by calling Inail in Ravenna I have always found myself well
