Dopo solo un mese quasi non volevo più andare via. Costantina è un'ottima proprietaria di casa e molto probabilmente, se sarete fortunati quanto lo sono stato io, troverete anche dei fantastici coinquilini per godere insieme una serena e spensierata convivenza in una casa che ha tutto quello che occorre per ogni fabbisogno quotidiano. Top! I found myself in Turin on short notice and chose this accommodation to have the time to calmly search for an apartment all to myself. After only a month I almost didn't want to leave. Costantina is an excellent homeowner and most likely, if you are as lucky as I was, you will also find fantastic roommates to enjoy a peaceful and carefree coexistence together in a house that has everything you need for every daily need. Top!

Il quartiere è tranquillo è ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici al centro di Torino e alla stazione di Porta Susa, raggiungibili tuttavia anche a piedi in 20 min. La stanza e la casa sono arredate di tutto il necessario. Costantina è un'ottima padrona di casa gentile e con lo sguardo sempre rivolto al miglioramento dei soggiorni dei suoi ospiti! Casa con Co is the perfect accommodation if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live for short and medium term stays. The neighborhood is quiet and well connected by public transport to the center of Turin and to the Porta Susa station, which can also be reached on foot in 20 min. The room and the house are furnished with everything you need. Costantina is an excellent hostess, kind and always looking to improve the living rooms of her guests!

È simpatica, gentile, disponibile, sempre pronta a venirti incontro e ad aiutarti. Probabilmente fa più di quello che una proprietaria di casa dovrebbe fare. La mia camera era situata nel trilocale che generalmente viene affittato a studenti per periodi di tempo più lunghi, si trovava in una zona tranquillissima (punto a favore considerato che Torino è una grande città) poco lontana dal centro ma servita dai mezzi (10/15 min fino a porta susa con il bus) e raggiungibile anche tranquillamente a piedi. La zona è ricca di supermercati e negozietti di vario tipo, a pochi passi c'è anche il parco della Pellerina. La mia esperienza con Costantina è stata così positiva che mi è dispiaciuto dover andare via. Sono certa, però, che se dovessi trovarmi a Torino senza un posto dove andare mi rivolgerei a lei per ripetere l'esperienza. I am very happy to have found Costantina by pure chance, one of the best landlords ever known. She is nice, kind, available, always ready to meet you and help you. It probably does more than a homeowner should do. My room was located in the three-room apartment which is generally rented to students for longer periods of time, it was located in a very quiet area (a plus considering that Turin is a big city) not far from the center but served by public transport (10/15 min to Porta Susa by bus) and can also be reached easily on foot. The area is full of supermarkets and shops of various kinds, a few steps away there is also the Pellerina park. My experience with Costantina was so positive that I was sad to have to leave. I am sure, however, that if I were to find myself in Turin without a place to go, I would turn to her to repeat the experience.

Questo soprattutto per merito di Costantina, la padrona di casa, che si prodiga in tutti i modi per rendere la convivenza tra gli inquilini il più confortevole possibile. Personalmente mi ritengo fortunato ad aver trovato questo alloggio per i tre mesi che ho dovuto passare a Torino. The accommodation, located in an area well connected to the center and Porta Susa station, is perfect for short and medium-term rentals. This is above all thanks to Costantina, the landlady, who does everything she can to make the coexistence of the tenants as comfortable as possible. Personally, I consider myself lucky to have found this accommodation for the three months I had to spend in Turin.

Costantina tiene molto a dotare i suoi ospiti di ogni comfort, in camera non manca nulla.. comprese le macchinette del caffè! Tutto pulito, rispetto degli spazi comuni e rispetto della privacy di ogni inquilino. Sicuramente consiglierò a tutti..In Casa con Cò. In the total desperation of a Turin full of university students and workers Constantina was my salvation. Family welcome and hotel services. Costantina is very keen to provide her guests with every comfort, nothing is missing in the room .. including coffee machines! La casa è composta da quattro stanze e si trova in un vicolo tranquillo che allontana i rumori della strada trafficata. Ogni stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort: macchina del caffè automatica, microonde, stendibiancheria, utili quando un giornata impegnativa toglie la voglia di cucinare o quando si inizia la giornata in fretta ma ci si può concedere un tazza di caffè senza uscire dalla propria stanza! In cucina ogni ospite ha il proprio set di stoviglie, che può utilizzare in modo esclusivo, e ogni settimana vengono fornite le asciugamani lavate e igienizzate, non è poco non doversi occupare del lavaggio di lenzuola ed asciugamani! Dulcis in fundo la proprietaria: Costantina❤️sarà sempre attenta ad ogni tua esigenza o necessità, mai invadente e sempre disponibile, attenta alla cura della casa in ogni dettaglio e dell'ospite per tutto il tempo della permanenza, l'unica nota dolente è dover lasciare la casa quando si va via da Torino. The house has four rooms and is located in a quiet lane away to the sounds of the busy street. Each room is equipped with all comforts: automatic coffee machine, microwave, clothes, useful when a busy day takes away the desire to cook or when you start your day in a hurry but you can indulge in a cup of coffee without leaving their rooms ! In the kitchen every guest has their own set of dishes, which can be used exclusively, and each week provides the towels washed and sanitized, it is not just not having to deal with the washing of sheets and towels!
