I found professional, helpful and very courteous people. The apartment in question was ... not very presentable. They transformed it! I highly recommend the company. Good balance between quality and price. Well done Stefano and Caterina but also very good their collaborators!

Preventivi non chiari, per pulizia di fondo intendono solo quello che c'e in superficie! Dentro i mobili non puliscono a meno che non siano vuoti! Se solo c'e una bottiglia su una mensola non la spostano perché non vogliono fare fatica! Hanno dato la colpa al mio cane e gatto perché sul lampadario c'era ancora la polvere perché Le porte non fatte e il bagno, mattonelle non fatte sempre colpa di un labrador ovviamente! Sono state qua 5 ore per spruzzare deodorante e far sembrare pulito! La proprietaria inscena telefonate per chiarimenti e poi non controlla il lavoro delle sue dipendenti!
Volevano rimborsarmi,che ho rifiutato, perché avendo mandato le foto si è accorta anche lei che non era fatto nulla!
Ho chiamato un altra ditta e si sono vergognati anche loro che c'è gente che lavora così!
P.s. ho dovuto chiedere io la fattura giorni dopo perché nessuno mi aveva chiesto nulla!
Davvero penosi!!
I DON'T ASSIGN STARS TO THIS COMPANY !! SHAME!
Unclear estimates, by deep cleaning they only mean what is on the surface! Inside the furniture they do not clean unless they are empty! If only there is a bottle on a shelf they won't move it because they don't want to struggle! They blamed my dog and cat because there was still dust on the chandelier because The doors not made and the bathroom, tiles not always made the fault of a labrador of course! Been here 5 hours to spray deodorant and make it look clean! The owner makes phone calls for clarification and then does not check the work of her employees!
They wanted to reimburse me, which I refused, because having sent the photos she too realized that nothing was done!
I called another company and they too were ashamed that there are people who work like that!
P.s. I had to ask for the invoice days later because no one had asked me for anything!
Really painful !!

Hanno fatto attenzione a ogni minimo dettaglio. Alla fine del lavoro, con capo squadra ho fatto un giro per vedere che fosse tutto a posto e che fossi rimasta soddisfatta del lavoro.
I contacted Eco Pulizie to have a first entrance cleaning done. From the first phone call I was able to make an appointment quickly. They paid attention to every little detail. At the end of the work, with the team leader I took a ride to see that everything was in order and that I was satisfied with the work.

Le due ragazze sono state meticolose ma veloci, hanno messo cura ed attenzione a tutti i dettagli: pavimenti, vetri e infissi, mobili puliti in esterno e all'interno, eliminate tutte le gocce di vernice dalle piastrelle delle pareti e dei pavimenti. Ho precisato nel dettaglio le mie esigenze e sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta.

The two girls were meticulous but fast, they put care and attention to all the details: floors, glass and fixtures, clean furniture inside and out, eliminated all the drops of paint from the tiles of the walls and floors. I specified my needs in detail and I was really satisfied.
