★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Avevo richiesto la pulizia a fondo di un appartamento quasi vuoto, unico mobile presente il bancone cucina per il quale mi ero raccomandato di effettuare una pulizia accurata.
Il giorno dopo ho constatato che non avevano neanche estratto i 3 cassetti per la pulizia del mobile, ne tanto meno gli stessi cassetti, avendo riscontrato evidentissime traccie di sporco.
Segnalato al titolare dell'impresa mi dice che loro non estraggono i cassetti... Ma che cosa dovevano fare? Lo avevo chiesto esplicitamente. Dopo mi propongono di ripassare, ma quando li contatto mi dicono che non hanno tempo e se ne parlerebbe dopo 10 giorni... e poi mi sbattono il telefono in faccia uqndo chiedo spiegazioni. Tutto questo dopo aver pagato profumatamente per la pulizia profonda... circa 41 euro/ora per 250 euro complessivi. E mi avevano pure detto che erano i piu' economici, si erano dimenticati di dirmi che eran anche i meno professionali ...
Bad experience. I had requested a thorough cleaning of an almost empty apartment, the only piece of furniture present is the kitchen counter for which I had recommended a thorough cleaning.
The next day I found that they had not even extracted the 3 drawers for cleaning the furniture, much less the drawers themselves, having found very evident traces of dirt.
Reported to the owner of the company, he tells me that they don't take out the drawers ... But what were they supposed to do? I had asked for it explicitly. After they propose me to come back, but when I contact them they tell me they don't have time and they would talk about it after 10 days ... and then they slam the phone in my face when I ask for explanations. All this after paying handsomely for the deep cleaning ... around 41 euros / hour for a total of 250 euros. And they also told me that they were the cheapest, they forgot to tell me that they were also the least professional ...
