★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io purtroppo mi sono trovato male con questa azienda,perché non ho trovato professionalità e correttezza da parte del tecnico che è venuto per l'intervento.
Ho preso un giorno di permesso dal lavoro per farmi fare la revisione della caldaia e non si è presentato nessuno,
senza nemmeno avvertire,ma questo può succedere.Alla fine è venuto con calma la settimana dopo.La cosa più grave è che dopo qualche giorno ho chiamato per un problema alla caldaia,viene mi cambia un pezzo rigorosamente non originale che aveva nel furgone dentro un cassetto monta e va via,dopo qualche giorno il problema si ripresenta lo richiamo viene mi dice che la caldaia non è buona e va sostituita(facendosi pagare la chiamata 40euro più i 100 e passa per il pezzo).Alla fine mi toglie il coperchio e dice che in questo modo funziona(diciamo che non era proprio a norma,dopo che ho speso più di 150 euro)resto cosi fino alla revisione successiva,non fatta da questa ditta giustamente dove il tecnico mi fa una pulizia accurata e minuziosa risolvendo il problema,dove non c era nemmeno bisogno di cambiare quel pezzo ma bastava aprire l evacuatore dei fumi.Dopo 3 anni ho la stessa caldaia e problema risolto con la revisione inclusa(59 euro)!!!

After 3 years I have the same boiler and problem solved with the revision included (59 euros) !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia oltre misura della titolare che indispone. Per incompetenza mi hanno procurato un danno che ha provocato fuoriuscita di acqua dai tubi impregnano il muro da dentro con visibili ed estese macchie di acqua, umidità e muro freddo.
Da evitare.
