Abbiamo trovato professionalità,e preparazione e cura del cliente consigliandoci il prodotto giusto per il nostro uso.Abbiamo preso due bici Bottecchia e tutto il necessario per portare con noi la nostra bimba con tutte le dotazioni di sicurezza.

I went to this shop to buy the bicycle for my wife and me. We wanted bikes for the Sunday ride and for family use, to take our 2-year-old girl around the country roads and for new bike paths built in Grado and Aquileia
We have found professionalism, and preparation and customer care, recommending the right product for our use. We took two Bottecchia bikes and all the necessary to bring our baby with us with all the safety equipment.
Beautiful and new the shop with many models and colors for all tastes.
Shop that I recommend both for the preparation of the owners, and for the professionalism.

Purtroppo però non si può dire altrettanto del personale. Il titolare, credo lo fosse in quanto non si minimamente presentato, seppur mostrandosi professionalmente preparato aveva un atteggiamento taciturno per non dire poco assente e scocciato! Solamente su esplicita richiesta ha mostrato alcuni modelli, senza però fornire spontaneamente alcuna descrizione al di fuori del prezzo! Totalmente disinteressato nel visionare un potenziale usato per la permuta! Nel complesso sono molto deluso, infatti - seppur vi erano modelli di bici veramente interessanti - ho preferito fare i miei acquistare altrove e non penso di metterci molto presto piede dentro. Sinceramente lo sconsiglio!!! ??

The owner, I think it was because he did not present himself in the least, even if showing himself professionally prepared, he had a taciturn attitude, not to mention a little absent and annoyed! Only on explicit request he showed some models, without spontaneously providing any description outside the price! Totally disinterested in seeing a potential used for the exchange! Overall, I am very disappointed, in fact - although there were really interesting bike models - I preferred to buy mine elsewhere and I don't think I will get into it very soon. I sincerely advise against it !!! ??

Da subito si sono dimostrati molto preparati e disposti a trovare la risoluzione al problema. Sono riusciti con grande maestria e velocità a risolvere il tutto e,dopo aver svolto il lavoro sono stati pazienti per il pagamento (prezzo ottimo e componenti utilizzati di alto livello) e mi hanno trattato egregiamente. Assolutamente la nostra officina di fiducia.
Da anni punto di riferimento nel settore e con alle spalle una grande storia.
Qualsiasi problema la vostra moto o il vostro scooter o ancora,la vostra bici possa avere,sicuramente troveranno un rimedio.

Competent, friendly, prepared, kind and patient. Taking my Beverly 500 to make a maxi coupon, then, thanks to a thorough inspection of them, various problems emerged with my vehicle. They immediately proved to be very prepared and willing to find the solution to the problem. They succeeded with great skill and speed in solving everything and, after doing the work they were patient for payment (excellent price and high-level components used) and they treated me very well. Absolutely our trusted workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale sarà certamente preparato però il fatto che mi abbiano venduto un mezzo non adatto alle mie caratteristiche fisiche fa pensare che il fatto di vendere sia legato solo ed esclusivamente al business (successo con 2 bici). Avrei preferito mi fosse stato detto che la bici non era adatta a me. Consiglierei un po' più di gentilezza anche nel trattare le persone. Credo non tornerò più.
The staff will certainly be prepared, however, the fact that they sold me a vehicle not suitable for my physical characteristics suggests that the fact of selling is tied exclusively to the business (success with 2 bikes). I wish I had been told that the bike was not suitable for me. I would also recommend a little more kindness in treating people. I guess I won't be back.
