La casa era molto carina, in ordine e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Con l'agenzia e quindi con i dipendenti mi sono trovata davvero bene, tutti molto cordiali e gentili, ho trovato davvero moltissima disponibilità da parte loro! Complimenti continuate così! I happened to book a holiday home in Baveno through this agency and I was very satisfied. The house was very nice, tidy and clean, equipped with all comforts. With the agency and therefore with the employees I found myself really well, all very friendly and kind, I really found a lot of availability on their part! Congratulations keep it up!

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a rispondere ai miei dubbi e domande. Sarei molto contento di avere a che fare nuovamente con questa agenzia per altre vacanze! I stayed through Impero House at an apartment in the center of Stresa, I found myself very well both in the apartment and with the agency. The staff was very kind and helpful, always ready to answer my doubts and questions. I would be very happy to have to deal with this agency again for other holidays!

Ho prenotato con Essa, una villetta denominata “maison du lac” a Stresa, APPARENTEMENTE bella dalle foto ma non conforme alla descrizione. Una volta entrati in quella casa vacanza, constatavamo quanto seguito: - La TOTALE ASSENZA di pulizie, ragnatele in ogni angolo della casa, ragni sia vivi che morti nella stanza da letto, vetri con impronte di dita, insetti morti fin sopra i mobili e comodini, polvere sulla porta di ingresso e su tutte le superfici, cucina sporca e non ripulita. - Malfunzionamento dell’impianto elettrico esterno in giardino, consentendo un difficoltoso accesso in casa a causa del buio della sera. Allego foto per dimostrare quanto successo. Raccontando quanto accaduto all’amministratore unico dell’agenzia, dopo una lunga conversazione, Egli negava l’esistenza di pulizia dimostrata dalle foto inviate, offendendomi ed insultandomi. Agenzia totalmente scortese, irrispettosa ed OFFENSIVA nei confronti della clientela. NON CONSIGLIO COMPLETAMENTE. Wanting to report my experience with the aforementioned Agency in a totally NEGATIVE way, I will tell you what happened. I booked with Essa, a villa called "maison du lac" in Stresa, APPARENTLY beautiful from the photos but not in accordance with the description. Once we entered that holiday home, we saw the following: - The TOTAL ABSENCE of cleaning, cobwebs in every corner of the house, both living and dead spiders in the bedroom, glass with fingerprints, dead insects up to the furniture and bedside tables, dust on the entrance door and on all surfaces, dirty and uncleaned kitchen. - Malfunction of the external electrical system in the garden, allowing difficult access to the house due to the darkness of the evening. I attach photos to demonstrate what happened. Telling what happened to the sole director of the agency, after a long conversation, he denied the existence of cleanliness demonstrated by the photos sent, offending and insulting me. Totally rude, disrespectful and OFFENSIVE agency towards customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FULLY.
A	Antonella Del Monaco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni alla "maison du lac" a Baveno prenotando tramite questa agenzia e la location è sempre molto suggestiva (questa è la seconda volta che vi facciamo ritorno a distanza di pochi anni). Purtroppo però in questa occasione, peraltro particolare considerato il periodo, la mancanza di attenzione alla pulizia (soppalco non pulito, sotto il letto polvere e ragnatele di mesi, sdraio in giardino sporche, scope e varie alte attrezzature per la pulizia quotidiana della casa lasciate fuori in condizioni pessime, stendino inutilizzabile) e la mancanza di attenzione anche a molti altri dettagli ( scala di accesso alla spiaggia che abbiamo dovuto provvedere a sgomberare noi da foglie e rami che la rendevano impraticabile, cancello elettrico non funzionante per tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno, barbecue completamente incrostato, giardino assolutamente non curato) hanno lasciato quel senso di amaro in bocca che avrebbe potuto rendere altrimenti la nostra vacanza perfetta! We stayed 5 days at the "maison du lac" in Baveno by booking through this agency and the location is always very impressive (this is the second time we return to it after a few years). Unfortunately, however, on this occasion, however particularly considering the period, the lack of attention to cleaning (unclean mezzanine, under the bed dust and cobwebs of months, dirty garden chairs, brooms and various high equipment for daily cleaning of the house left outside in bad conditions, unusable drying rack) and the lack of attention to many other details (access ladder to the beach that we had to clear from leaves and branches that made it impractical, electric gate not working all the time of our stay , completely encrusted barbecue, absolutely untended garden) they left that sense of bitterness in the mouth that could have otherwise made our holiday perfect!

I had a good time in the apartment and also in this area of Italy because I think it's wonderful. The staff had been so kind and helpful!

The apartment is near supermarket, restaurants and shops, everytime I went out of the house I felt the wonderful atmosphere of Stresa and surrounded by locals I felt one of them. The apartement is really beautiful, furnished very well and in a modern way, it made me at ease. The staff of Impero House was really kind and helpful, they advised me about all the things to visit in this area and I really appreciated all their suggestions. I can definitely say that when I'll come back to Stresa I'll look for the accomodation through this agency.
