Entrare in un ristorante Imperivm significa fare un salto indietro nel tempo di 2000 anni e immergersi nella suggestiva atmosfera dell’antico Impero Romano. Il ristorante è molto suggestivo allo stesso tempo accogliente dove si ha la sensazione di ritornare alla gloria e alla magnificenza dell’epoca imperiale.. Mi sono sentito accolto in un’ambientazione magica, dove fanno da padrone la maestosità e la bellezza degli ambienti. Sono stato travolto in un’atmosfera magica e quasi surreale, le luci dai toni caldi, i bellissimi tavoli in legno massello, e dalle sedie autenticamente fedeli, ed infine mangiare nei piatti in terracotta, gustando del vino straordinario. Insomma, mangiare i piatti tipici dell’antica Roma e assaporarne la vera essenza, con ingredienti fedelmente preparati e sapientemente elaborati, frutto di un attento ed accurato studio di ricerca e preparazione. Credetemi ho vissuto un’esperienza unica ed irripetibile, nelle vesti di Senatori e , tuffandomi in un passato lontano a pochi chilometri dall'antica Roma. Poco ma sicuro, ci tornerò molto presto! I was in this restaurant on a Friday night. Entering an Imperivm restaurant means stepping back 2000 years in time and immersing yourself in the evocative atmosphere of the ancient Roman Empire. The restaurant is very suggestive at the same time welcoming where you have the feeling of returning to the glory and magnificence of the imperial era .. I felt welcomed into a magical setting, where the majesty and beauty of the rooms are the masters. I was overwhelmed by a magical and almost surreal atmosphere, the warm-toned lights, the beautiful solid wood tables, and authentically faithful chairs, and finally eating in the terracotta dishes, enjoying extraordinary wine. In short, eat the typical dishes of ancient Rome and savor their true essence, with faithfully prepared and expertly processed ingredients, the result of a careful and accurate study of research and preparation. Believe me, I had a unique and unrepeatable experience, in the guise of Senators and, diving into a distant past just a few kilometers from ancient Rome. Little but sure, I'll be back very soon!
C	Carla Piperno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante carino, in stile romano, dove i piatti principe sono appunto le specialità romane. Camerieri con tuniche, piatti e bicchieri di coccio. I tavoli all'aperto sono ben distanziati, visto il periodo. I locali all'interno peccano di condizionatori tenuti al minimo e fa veramente caldo, si preferisce star fuori dove la ventilazione non manca. Rapporto qualità prezzo, nella media. Notevoli le pizze, le polpette al sugo, le patate al forno. Deludente la carbonara, dove abbiamo avvertito la presenza di panna. Il servizio sarebbe buono, i camerieri gentili e sorridenti, se non fosse che dopo l'ultima portata, si dimenticano di te e devi cercare un cameriere per farti portare i caffè, ed è la seconda volta che andiamo e che succede. Nel complesso, esperienza positiva, soprattutto per la cucina. Nice restaurant, in Roman style, where the main dishes are precisely the Roman specialties. Personale vestito a tema molto molto gentile, complimenti al cuoco che è venuto a fine serata a chiedere se soddisfatti della cena a dimostrazione (per me) di umiltà e professionalità. Ci tornerò senz'altro. I was really satisfied with the dinner scudi (or pinsa) excellent for nothing heavy, delicious good beer and excellent desserts for a really nice evening. Very very kind themed staff, congratulations to the chef who came at the end of the evening to ask if they were satisfied with the dinner as a demonstration (for me) of humility and professionalism. I will definitely be back.
F	Francesco Pilato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante-pizzeria a tema Roma antica per arredi, look del personale e nomi delle pietanze, inserito nel centro commerciale "Parco 51" di Pomezia, per cui il parcheggio non è un problema. Vi ho cenato con moglie e figlia e, non essendo dei mangioni, purtroppo, dell'invitante e completo menu, abbiamo optato solo per dei secondi: carne di ottima qualità e porzioni abbondanti comprensive di contorno. Altre pietanze, ordinate dai tavoli intorno al nostro, avevano un aspetto davvero goloso. Ancient Rome themed restaurant-pizzeria for furnishings, look of the staff and names of the dishes, located in the "Parco 51" shopping center in Pomezia, so parking is not a problem. I dined there with his wife and daughter and, unfortunately, not being gluttons of the inviting and complete menu, we opted only for second courses: excellent quality meat and generous portions including a side dish. Other dishes, ordered from the tables around us, had a really greedy aspect.

Non potrei descrivere altrimenti la straordinaria carbonara, dove il miglio guanciale croccante si incontra con una crema d'uovo perfettamente amalgamata e con del pecorino romano di grande qualità. Stessa cosa per Messalina, connubio di tenerissima carne con funghi e fonduta di formaggi e non ultimo lo scudo. Lo scudo non è una pizza, non è la classica pinsa romana, è qualcosa di molto più... Un experience da provare. Fra i dolci ricordatevi di salutare Enea, siete nella sua casa. Il locale poi stupisce, incuriosisce, diverte... Il palato sublima. Non dimenticate di chiedere una bottiglia di Falerno, qui potete trovarlo per rivivere il modo di bere nell'antica Roma. I looked for a term that could describe the different dishes I tried at Imperium, the term is HARMONY. I could not otherwise describe the extraordinary carbonara, where the crispy guanciale millet meets a perfectly blended egg cream and high quality pecorino romano. Same thing for Messalina, a combination of very tender meat with mushrooms and cheese fondue and last but not least the shield. The shield is not a pizza, it is not the classic Roman grip, it is something much more ... An experience to try. Among the desserts, remember to say hello to Aeneas, you are in his house. The restaurant then amazes, intrigues, amuses ... The palate sublimes. Don't forget to ask for a bottle of Falerno, here you can find it to relive the way of drinking in ancient Rome.
M	Massimo Rossetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per prima cosa non si può non apprezzare la stilizzazione in vero stile impero romano. Le assistenti di sala (non mi piace chiamarle cameriere... mi sembra dispregiativo) molto brave ed attente. Naturalmente vestite come delle vestali... Il menù è abbastanza importante per soddisfare tutti i gusti. Ho preso un tagliere che consigliano per due persone ed in effetti lo è, fatto di salumi molto buoni e formaggi. Buonissimo anche l'assaggio di porchetta. La gricia che ho preso buona è con il guanciale croccante ma decisamente appesantita da tanto formaggio. La pasta al dente, comunque buonissima. Anche l'amatriciana è la Cacio e pepe sono state giudicate di ottima fattura. Dimenticavo che l'antipasto è stato accompagnato da bruschette varie molto buone, anche qui guanciale croccante, e da una focaccia che mi suggerisce che le pizze sono da gustare. I dolci nella norma. Sicuramente tornerò. First of all, one cannot fail to appreciate the stylization in true Roman Empire style. The waiters (I don't like to call them waiter ... it seems derogatory) very good and attentive. Of course dressed like vestals ... The menu is large enough to satisfy all tastes. I took a cutting board that they recommend for two people and indeed it is, made of very good meats and cheeses. The taste of porchetta is also very good. The good gricia that I took is with crispy bacon but definitely weighed down by a lot of cheese. The pasta al dente, however very good. Amatriciana and Cacio e pepe were also judged to be of excellent quality. I forgot that the appetizer was accompanied by various very good bruschetta, again crispy bacon, and a focaccia which suggests to me that the pizzas are to be tasted. Desserts in the norm. I will definitely come back.

La seconda con la selezione delle loro ottime pizze. Al di là dell'ampia varietà di condimenti, a mio modesto parere l'impasto è il vero punto di forza. Neutro quanto basta per esaltare al meglio i sapori che gli vengono accostati. I've been twice. One for lunch, and the other for dinner. Fully satisfied on both occasions. The first time with typical dishes of Roman cuisine. The second with the selection of their excellent pizzas. Beyond the wide variety of toppings, in my humble opinion the dough is the real strong point. Neutral enough to best enhance the flavors that are combined with it.
