★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo ristorante sulla Laurentina vicino a Pomezia. Siamo andati in due su consiglio di un amico e le aspettative sono state soddisfatte pienamente. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto, un primo e un dolce a testa. Ogni piatto era eccezionale e fatto di ingredienti di prima qualità (anche i supplì sono fatti dalla casa). Nella foto potete vedere la carbonara tartufata, forse un po' liquida, ma ricca di sapore. Il porsonale è molto gentile e il prezzo alla fine onestissimo (circa 25 Euro a persona). Ci tornerò sicuramente.
 Small restaurant on the Laurentina near Pomezia. Two of us went on the recommendation of a friend and the expectations were fully met. We ordered an appetizer, a first course and a dessert each. Each dish was exceptional and made of top quality ingredients (even the supplì are home made). In the photo you can see the truffle carbonara, perhaps a little liquid, but rich in flavor. The porsonale is very kind and the price at the end very honest (about 25 Euros per person). I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cucina genuina, espressa, tutto eccezionale. Qui non c'è solo bravura e professionalità ma molta passione per quello che si fa. Personale cordiale e gentile, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Pesce solo venerdi, sabato e domenica. Le foto parlano da sole. Prezzi modici.
Genuine cuisine, express, all exceptional. Here there is not only skill and professionalism but a lot of passion for what you do. Friendly and kind staff, we felt right at home. Fish only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The photos speak for themselves. Moderate prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristorante diventato famoso per aver fatto parte di una nota trasmissione televisiva ma la qualità dei suoi piatti e la buonissima cucina meritavano di esser conosciuti da tutti anche a prescindere. Servizio buonissimo e piatti al top. Porzioni abbondanti e proposte squisite e ricche. Consiglierei di assaggiare tutto, di non ordinare e di lasciar fare a loro. Ne vale la pena. Tenersi leggeri prima di andarci perché la mangiata è colossale ! Buonissimo !
Restaurant that became famous for having been part of a well-known television program but the quality of its dishes and the excellent cuisine deserved to be known by everyone even regardless. Very good service and top dishes. Generous portions and delicious and rich proposals. I would recommend tasting everything, not ordering and letting them do it. It is worth it. Keep yourself light before going there because the meal is colossal! Very good !
