It's my gym. Trained instructors. I like courses. It's cheap even better and I'm free to go whenever I want.

Comfortable gym, with a good supply of equipment and with interesting courses. The only negative note is the heating in the women's changing rooms which is often turned off.

I've been going there for a month, I really like it even if something needs to be revised and improved. The Pilates course is very engaging, she is very good. The instructor Fabio very prepared.

I joined this gym about a month ago. Nice gym, well equipped and supplied. Very cheap price, especially for university students. Very trained and helpful instructors.

Tantissima disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff e grande attenzione nel far svolgere correttamente un esercizio a ragazzi che nella maggior parte dei casi, ultizzano macchine per la crescita muscolare, per la prima volta. Grande pulizia e comodo parcheggio.
Every year a great welcome for the Cosenza Calcio youth teams. A great deal of willingness on the part of all the staff and great care in having children perform correctly in an exercise that, for the most part, use machines for muscle growth, for the first time. Great cleaning and convenient parking.
