★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento il box da due mesi circa. Ho apprezzato da subito professionalità e competenza . È un ambiente allegro, rilassante e pulito (e non mi riferisco solo all'igiene che è cmq il top). I nostri coaches Monica ed Alessandro sono sempre molto attenti e precisi. Lavorano con grande passione e te la trasmettono tutta!! Io ho trovato finalmente il mio posto!?
 I have been attending the box for about two months. I immediately appreciated professionalism and competence. It is a cheerful, relaxing and clean environment (and I'm not just referring to hygiene which is the top anyway). Our coaches Monica and Alessandro are always very attentive and precise. They work with great passion and they pass it all on to you !! I have finally found my place! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is amazing!!! Very clean and organized. The programming is done very well by two amazing coaches, Alessandro and Monica. The atmosphere is very friendly. As an American living in Italy, I fell in love with this gym right away and was welcomed with open arms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I enjoyed 8 sessions during our holiday. The box is impeccably clean and the work outs are challenging (at least for me) but great. Monica and Alessandro focus a lot on technique and have a great rapport with everyone :) . Shame that our stay is about to end but we will definitely book again when we are next in Cosenza in the summer.
