P	Piera Guarino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RIVENDITORE DA NON CONSIGLIARE, DEL TUTTO INAFFIDABILE Ho acquistato i radiatori BRICK di SCIROCCO H presso il rivenditore Impellizeri di Catania ma purtroppo non riscaldano perché il rivenditore ha sbagliato i calcoli e mi ha venduto radiatori insufficienti per i locali da riscaldare: 1350 W invece di 3000 W necessari nella sala e 450 W invece di 900 W necessari nella camera . La signora Impellizzeri ha ammesso l'insufficienza dei radiatori in relazione al volume dei locali ma non riconosce la garanzia legale di conformità. OGNI BENE DI CONSUMO è soggetto alla GARANZIA LEGALE DI CONFORMITA' come previsto dal Codice del Consumo (art. 128 e ss) che tutela il consumatore in caso di acquisto di prodotti che NON RISPONDONO ALL'USO DICHIARATO DAL VENDITORE o al quale quel bene è generalmente destinato. TALI PRATICHE COMMERCIALI SCORRETTE SONO VIETATE E SANZIONATE DAL CODICE DEL CONSUMO. In tal caso, l’ANTITRUST può intervenire, a tutela del consumatore, accertando la violazione, sanzionando i soggetti responsabili fino a un massimo di 5 milioni di euro. DIFFIDATE, DIFFIDATE!!! DEALER NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED, EVERYTHING INAPIDABILE I purchased the BRICK radiators from SCIROCCO H at the Impellizeri dealer in Catania but unfortunately they do not heat up because the dealer made the wrong calculations and sold me insufficient radiators for the rooms to be heated: 1350 W instead of 3000 W needed in the room and 450 W instead of 900 W required in the room.
