Cinzia é lei stessa la prima a farti entrare nello stato di "Comfort zone", con il suo calore nell' accoglierli, con i suoi modi gentili ai limiti dei principesco, con la sua avvolgente aura di dolcezza, ma allo stesso tempo con la sua giusta seriositá professionale di chi prende sul serio la sua missione. La guardi lavorare e ti ipnotizza con un magico movimento delle mani. Non importa che sia solo per una spuntatina o una profonda rivisitazione del look, "eccellenza" é l'unica parola che ti viene in mente mentre la si osserva all'opera. Il suo staff chiaramente non poteva essere da meno: premuroso, cordiale, "coccoloso". E poi c'è sempre quel mare, ovunque. Mare e bianco in ogni stanza: sembra di stare in qualche casa sospesa sul nulla in Grecia. Il tempo si ferma da Cinzia Budigna e ci si lascia cullare dal ritmo rallentato e raffinato della musica d'essai che esce come un calmo ruscello dalle casse della filodiffusione. Non fate l'enorme errore di pensare a Cinzia come una semplice hair stylist, ma come una vera, pura, straordinaria artista contemporanea dotata di un superpotere: ella vede, chiaramente, la parte migliore di voi e con una facilitá disarmante riuscirà con certezza a far uscire fuori la splendida farfalla che ogni donna ha dentro di se. Fidatevi ed abbandonatevi a lei con la massima serenità e fiducia, non ve ne pentirete... "Comfort zone". Io invece andavo ogni 3 mesi e dopo le iniziali moine e attenzioni ho visto solo superficialità. Colore sbagliato, me lo tengo ma lo dico la volta successiva, con tanto di foto a riprova; il commento è 'si hai ragione quel colore non lo usiamo più ' e ciao. Non un 'ti rimborsiamo, ti offriamo noi il colore'. Per due volte dopo quindi faccio il colore, sempre raccontando l'episodio (una lamentela, velata ma sempre lamentela) e 'sì mi ricordo, mi dispiace' ma al momento di pagare il conto tutto uguale, i soliti 130 euro partono lo stesso tra mille voci che non si capisce che cosa siano, maschera, non chiesta, e non vorrei sbagliarmi ma credo anche la piastra. Del resto chiamarlo colore non si può: se dici così al telefono poi attendi abbandonato in sala per un'ora e mezzo perché non hai specificato che volevi 'l'effetto farfalla' come se uno fosse tenuto a conoscere la nomenklatura di tutte le loro procedure al momento della prenotazione. Ma assuppiamo pure per amore di avere i capelli decenti. L'ultima goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stata l'ultima visita: macchia di colore 'ma tanto non si vede, ci sono i capelli sopra', e taglio, eseguito dalla titolare in persona, con capelli tagliati storti e un ciuffo stile gallo cedrone che fuoriesce da sopra. Cari, disattenti e oserei dire venali. Se il cliente ha ragione di lamentarsi lo rimborsi, anche se non fa scenate. Dopo tre anni addio per sempre.
