Hanno sbagliato le etichette neutre del mio importante cliente per ben due volte e, nonostante i ripetuti e gravi errori, non si sono minimamente impegnati a ridurre i disagi arrecati. Ne al cliente ne al sottoscritto. In questa triste vicenda, che poteva avere degli epiloghi economicamente devastanti dato l'importante lavoro svolto dal mio cliente per il servizio pubblico, mi hanno dimostrato come un'azienda può arrivare ad uno dei più bassi livelli di professionalità mai visti da me in quasi trent'anni di professione. Tengo a precisare che il rappresentante, sulla scorta dei problemi causati dalla sua azienda e da lui stesso riconosciuti mi ha testualmente precisato: "... i problemi cagionati e registrati dal tuo cliente sono problemi esclusivamente tuoi!!!!!!!!!!!..." Credo non ci sia altro da dire per giustificare le motivazioni alla base della presente denuncia. Denuncia che ovviamente è stata passata per la soddisfazione dei torti subiti al mio legale di fiducia. Ringrazio la professionalità e l'immediato intervento di altre aziende venutemi in soccorso per risolvere un problema di questo tipo.
A real disaster! They have mistaken the neutral labels of my important client twice and, despite repeated and serious errors, they have not the slightest attempt to reduce the inconvenience caused. Neither the customer nor myself. In this sad affair, which could have had economically devastating epilogues given the important work done by my client for the public service, they showed me how a company can reach one of the lowest levels of professionalism ever seen by me in almost thirty years of profession. I would like to point out that the representative, on the basis of the problems caused by his company and acknowledged by himself, stated to me: "... the problems caused and recorded by your client are exclusively yours problems !!!!!!!!! !! ... "I think there is nothing else to say to justify the reasons behind this complaint. Complaint that obviously has been passed for the satisfaction of the wrongs suffered to my trusted lawyer. I thank the professionalism and immediate intervention of other companies coming to my rescue to solve a problem of this kind.
