Ho trovato non solo grandissima professionalità, ma anche una passione smisurata per il lavoro e tanta delicatezza nell’affrontare un problema che nel mio caso non è puramente estetico. Il risultato è perfetto, non potrei essere più soddisfatta, e Monica ha saputo consigliarmi in tutti gli aspetti che riguardano la cura della pelle durante un percorso di chemioterapia. In più volevo che pagassi già per intero un trattamento insistevano per fissarmi dopo due mesi I bought a Groupon to use for a facial cleansing in this beauty center, it was done in a very hasty way to get rid of it quickly. Plus I wanted me to pay in full for a treatment and they insisted on fixing me after two months

Mi hanno fatto prima una consulenza gratuita per vedere cosa fosse meglio per me. Insieme alle presso mi hanno consigliato un massaggio a prezzo scontato e un trattamento salino da usare durante le sedute di pressoterapia. La cosa che non apprezzo dei centri estetici/parrucchieri ecc è che spesso sono insistenti con la vendita dei loro prodotti o di altri trattamenti. Qui, chiaramente, ti propongo cose ma non sono mai insistenti e non ti fanno pressioni continue, ed è un comportamento che ho apprezzato molto. Il personale è molto molto gentile, soprattutto Laura con cui ho avuto a che fare la maggior parte del tempo: mi ha sempre fatta sentire a mio agio. L’ambiente è pulito e rilassante. Ci tornerò appena possibile, lo consiglio vivamente! I state that I am not an expert in beauty centers. I came here with a groupon voucher for some pressotherapy. They gave me a free consultation first to see what was best for me. Together with the at the companies they recommended me a massage at a discounted price and a saline treatment to use during the pressotherapy sessions. The thing I don't like about beauty salons / hairdressers etc is that they are often pushy with the sale of their products or other treatments. Here, of course, I propose things to you but they are never insistent and do not pressure you constantly, and it is a behavior that I really appreciated. The staff is very very kind, especially Laura with whom I have dealt with most of the time: she has always made me feel at ease. The environment is clean and relaxing. I will be back as soon as possible, highly recommend!

Monica e Laura sono estetiste molto preparate con particolare attenzione alla salute della cliente e alla buona riuscita dei trattamenti. Sono molto precise e questo mi piace. Mettono la cliente al centro dell'attenzione. Entering the Monica Benetton Aesthetic Center is very nice ... the decor is clear and very elegant ... and it shines with cleanliness.
