L'unico problema è il proprietario, che oltre a trattare i clienti come zerbini (almeno quelli che ritiene essere di serie B), è un maestro delle finte offerte e delle gabole per spillare soldi in maniera subdola, quando basterebbe essere chiari. Leggete gli altri commenti negativi e troverete le stesse identiche dinamiche. Un altro cliente perso per lo stesso motivo... Very good and super professional girls. They all work very well, especially Tatiana who is formidable. The only problem is the owner, who, in addition to treating customers like doormats (at least those he believes to be second-class), is a master of fake offers and gaboles to steal money in a subtle way, when it would be enough to be clear. Read the other negative comments and you will find the exact same dynamics. Another customer lost for the same reason ...
A	Antonella Loia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erano due anni che non andavo dal parrucchiere :D e così settimana scorsa ho approfittato di una pausa di due ore dal lavoro per prendermi cura dei miei capelli ... finalmente! Dopo una rapida ricerca su internet la mia scelta è ricaduta sul salone D'Auria nella speranza di essere ricevuta anche senza appuntamento. Già dalla telefonata ho avuto modo di riscontrare gentilezza e disponibilità, così mi sono recata da loro all'orario concordato. Mi sono trovata benissimo, il personale è stato subito accogliente, professionale e con quel tocco di premura che non guasta! In due ore non siamo riusciti a fare tutto quello che avevamo concordato così il giorno successivo sono tornata per rimettere a nuovo i miei capelli. Personalmente sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, non solo dell'atmosfera rilassante e accogliente ma anche del risultato ottenuto! Lo consiglio caldamente :) Allego le foto del prima (fatte dopo il taglio, infatti erano molto più lunghi) e del dopo! I hadn't been to the hairdresser for two years: D and so last week I took advantage of a two hour break from work to take care of my hair ... finally! After a quick internet search, my choice fell on the D'Auria salon in the hope of being received even without an appointment. Already from the phone call I was able to find kindness and availability, so I went to them at the agreed time. I had a great time, the staff was immediately welcoming, professional and with that touch of attention that doesn't hurt! In two hours we couldn't do everything we had agreed so the next day I went back to get my hair back. Personally I was very satisfied, not only with the relaxing and welcoming atmosphere but also with the result! I highly recommend it :) I enclose the photos of the before (taken after the cut, in fact they were much longer) and of the after!

Sono riusciti a sistemare il danno. Il risultato è davvero ottimo, un colore molto naturale e i capelli risultato molto più luminosi e sani. Sono davvero contenta, lo consiglio vivamente. I went to fix the hair, it was long and damaged, with different shades of blond and a big yellow "spot" behind. They managed to fix the damage. The result is really great, a very natural color and the hair is much brighter and healthier. I'm really happy, I highly recommend it.

Avevo i capelli molto trattati con varie tinte dal rosa/rosso al violetto e ho spiegato che avrei voluto eliminare quella tonalità "rossa" per ottenere un castano dorato con colpi di sole. E cosi è stato, mi hanno consigliato al meglio, il colore è splendido e con i trattamenti che mi sono stati fatti i capelli sono molto morbidi e non rovinati. Tornerò sicuramente per mantenere il risultato. Lo consiglio!! Allego foto del prima e dopo I was very satisfied, very competent, kind and attentive to requests. My hair was heavily treated with various shades from pink / red to violet and I explained that I wanted to get rid of that "red" shade to get a golden brown with highlights.
