Dopo numerosi messaggi e chiamate a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta, mi sono dovuta presentare in ufficio nonostante questo fosse a 100 km da me senza nemmeno poter prendere un appuntamento! Una volta arrivata lì, trovo solo il figlio minorenne il quale dopo ripetute telefonate finalmente riesce a far arrivare la persona in questione un'ora e mezza dopo. Alla fine di una lunga discussione piena di scuse riesco finalmente ad avere indietro i soldi che mi spettavano. Il tutto è durato la bellezza di quattro mesi. Da parte mia non consiglio quest'agenzia minimamente. Once the rental contract was terminated it was impossible to contact the agent (f) to return the deposit. After numerous messages and calls to which I never received an answer, I had to go to the office despite being 100 km away from me without even being able to make an appointment! Once there, I find only the minor child who, after repeated phone calls, finally manages to get the person in question an hour and a half later. At the end of a long, apologetic discussion I can finally get back the money I owed. The whole thing lasted four months. For my part I do not recommend this agency at all.
L	Luca Gasparini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre che a non aver ricevuto nessun contatto da parte dell'Agenzia dopo la richiesta fatta tramite l'Ap Immobiliare ( e quindi abbiamo dovuto richiamare noi direttamente), dopo aver visitato l'appartamento e dimostrato il nostro interesse, la signora dell'Agenzia non si è più fatta sentire anzi, a messaggi e chiamate, o non ha risposto oppure ha visualizzato e non risposto. Tale atteggiamento negligente associato ad un servizio carente, dimostra solo poca professionalità di chi, in teoria, dovrebbe offrire un servizio a dei clienti (clienti che a quanto pare, non sono loro così necessari). Mi spiace, ma la peggior esperienza nell'ambito immobiliare mai avuta negli ultimi anni a Udine. Per un mese ci ha detto che i proprietari dell'appartamento avevano accettato la nostra offerta, che avrebbero tinteggiato le pareti, messo a posto ciò che c'era da mettere a posto e consegnato un'appartamento perfetto per l'affitto. Dopo un mese perso di ricerca casa, senza nessun problema la signora telefona dicendo che l'appartamento non era più disponibile, come se un agente immobiliare non dovesse tutelare entrambe le parti. La signora non si fa più trovare al telefono. Viene solo da pensare che questa sia una persona scorretta e da evitare. To be avoided absolutely !!! We contacted the contact lady for an apartment.
