Cordialità, qualità del servizio e attenzione al cliente fanno proprio sentire la persona coccolata! E i prezzi sono super competitivi rispetto alla concorrenza... La commessa con i capelli lunghi lunghi scuri ed il sorrisone poi è davvero bravissima, infatti se c'è lei entro subito! The only regret is that every time I go in for a little thing then I go out with the bag ? Friendliness, quality of service and attention to the customer make the person feel pampered! And the prices are super competitive compared to the competition ... The saleswoman with long dark long hair and the smile is really very good, in fact if she is there I will enter immediately!

La commessa alla prima volta che sono stato è stata molto gentile regalandomi un camipncino. Alla seconda volta visto che non mi soddisfava sono tornato e mi hanno ignorato pur non essendoci altri clienti e io ero li a aspettare come un imbecille dei consigli. Poca preparazione e conoscenza dei profumi e poco forniti su profumi che non siano i più "mainstream". Not for undecided customers who are not satisfied with the first fragrance that happens. Io ho 24 anni e quando entro in questo negozio vengo seguita al millimetro manco fossi Lupin e vengo salutata con sufficienza. Entro con mia madre e veniamo accolte con (falsa) gentilezza e (falsa) disponibilità. Se non acquisti nulla - anche perché, diciamolo, i prezzi sono assurdi - o non ti salutano all'uscita o ti dicono arrivederci con un tono da "te credo che non hai comprato, sei una pezzente". Il cliente dovrebbe essere trattato con rispetto a prescindere dall'età o da quanto è intenzionato a spendere. Vergogna. Rude staff who treat you differently according to age. I am 24 years old and when I enter this shop I am followed to the millimeter even if I were Lupine and I am greeted with disdain. I walk in with my mother and we are greeted with (false) kindness and (false) availability. If you don't buy anything - also because, let's face it, the prices are absurd - either they don't greet you at the exit or they say goodbye with a tone of "I think you didn't buy, you're a beggar". The customer should be treated with respect regardless of age or how much they are willing to spend. Shame.
