★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale molto piccolo e scomodo per girare tra gli scaffali. Poco personale e attese all'unica cassa aperta, acrobatica per trovare posto alla merce.
 Very small and uncomfortable place to go around the shelves. Little staff and waited at the only open box, acrobatic to find room for the goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto fornito personale poco gradevole. La voce stridula di una cassiera l'ho udita dall'ingresso del negozio ed al pagamento della spesa la signora Nicoletta è stata poco simpatica nei miei riguardi. Da responsabile del personale io avrei scelto altro personale. Voto 1
Very well stocked personal store. I heard the shrill voice of a cashier at the entrance to the shop and when she paid for it, Mrs. Nicoletta was not very pleasant towards me. From the personnel manager I would have chosen other staff. Rating 1

Visited yesterday afternoon. A shop that looks small but actually has many products! Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un negozio con tanti prodotti per la cura della casa e della persona. L'assortimento è piuttosto buono e si trovano anche alcuni prodotti bio. Ci sono spesso offerte e i prezzi nel complesso mi sembrano buoni. Il locale di Via Canciani purtroppo è lungo e stretto e quindi se c'è affollamento a volte in alcuni punti si passa con un po' di difficoltà, ma niente di terribile. Allo stesso modo alle casse c'è poco spazio e dunque a volte si formano code e si è costretti a pagare e cercare di riporre i propri acquisti in fretta. La zona in cui è ubicato il negozio è centralissima, sotto i porticati e vicino a tanti altri negozi e questo è ovviamente un vantaggio che rende peraltro il punto vendita piuttosto frequentato.
It is a shop with many products for home and personal care. The assortment is quite good and there are also some organic products. There are often offers and the prices on the whole seem good to me. Unfortunately, the venue in Via Canciani is long and narrow and therefore if there is crowding at times in some places you pass with a little difficulty, but nothing terrible. In the same way there is little space at the checkout and therefore sometimes queues form and you are forced to pay and try to put away your purchases quickly. The area where the shop is located is very central, under the arcades and close to many other shops and this is obviously an advantage that makes the store quite popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troppo tutto e mal organizzato , zona profumi anche dovrebbero dedicare piu' tempo li e non solo all'entrata. Commesse potrebbero fare a tutti lo stesso sorriso visto che alla fine il lavoro che fanno e' anche mettere il cliente a suo agio e non farlo sentire di troppo , si chiama servizio al cliente cosa fondamentale anche se dovessero vendere solo dei fazolettini di carta. I clienti fissi o piu' noti a loro devono essere trattati come quello che arriva da Sappada. Alla fine il titolare vuol vedere numeri alla sera e non perdite. Grazie comunque del servizio della gestione ad essere aperti e dare a tutti l'aiuto anche durante C19. Non commentate dietro le spalle del cliente , vi sentiamo , aspettate almeno che esca. Grazie.
