Purtroppo l’appartamento di Rivabella dove abbiamo alloggiato è arredato e allestito in maniera dozzinale e presenta diversi inconvenienti, primo fra tutti i materassi: sottili, con le molle saltate, e dormire male in vacanza non è davvero piacevole. Appena glielo ho comunicato, richiedendo la cortesia di procurare un topper di qualche centimetro per migliorare la situazione, si è dileguata letteralmente. “Non so dove si trovano” la risposta via WApp e poi il nulla, nemmeno una telefonata per dirmi che non lo aveva trovato (poco credibile) o piuttosto che proprio non aveva intenzione di soddisfare la mia richiesta. Idem per la tendina della doccia, strappata, cosa che le abbiamo fatto notare immediatamente al momento del check in: “ve ne porto una nuova” e non si è più fatta sentire né vedere. Asta della doccia malmessa, porte e sedie rotte, ganci di ferro appesi fuori dagli armadi, cassette dei wc rumorosissime, uno con la tavoletta sbilenca, boiler con i fili scoperti, stoviglie e padelle malmesse, talune in pessime condizioni. Unica cosa, al momento del check in e avendole fatto notare che arredo e dotazioni sono precarie e che l’appartamento per queste ragioni non vale quanto pagato chiedendole di ritrattare eventualmente, la Signora Emanuela mi ha scontato le pulizie finali, 50 euro. The only thing, at the time of check in and having pointed out that the furniture and equipment are precarious and that the apartment for these reasons is not worth the amount paid by asking her to possibly retract, Mrs. Emanuela paid me the final cleaning, 50 euros.

La casa è pulita, nuova, ben fornita di tutto: piatti, pentole, lavatrice, mocio, scopa, barbecue, TV a schermo piatto (sia in camera che in sala), tutto questo a un prezzo vantaggioso. Vicinissima al mare e poco distante da panificio ,supermercato , tabacchi ecc . Fuori dal traffico, ma allo stesso momento pratica per raggiungere i bellissimi punti di interesse storico della zona. Ia villetta, è dotata di tutti i confort. Consiglio a tutti i viaggiatori e anche per quelli che soggiornano per lunghi periodi e che hanno anche bambini al seguito. Emanuela è una persona deliziosa,gentile sempre pronta ad aiutare i suoi ospiti. Noi per esempio, avevamo bisogno di informazioni sul luogo dove ci trovavamo. Lei ci ha dato indirizzi utilissimi, mappe stradali e una lista di ristoranti dove poter andare . Si....una persona da prendere come esempio per una vera ospitalità ed accoglienza. Vi garantisco che rimarrete tutti soddisfatti. Auguro un buon soggiorno a tutti.
