★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati casualmente in questa agenzia e siamo stati accolti subito con grande disponibilità e professionalità dal titolare. Avevamo un aspetto burocratico molto complicato da risolvere per un appartamento di nostra proprietà. Questa agenzia non solo ci ha risolto il problema in tempi rapidi ma ci ha consigliato su cosa dovevamo fare per evitare di incorrere nuovamente in questo problema. Consiglio a tutti i proprietari di fare un giro presso questa agenzia!!!
We accidentally entered this agency and we were immediately welcomed with great availability and professionalism by the owner. We had a very complicated bureaucratic aspect to solve for an apartment we owned. This agency not only solved the problem quickly but advised us on what we needed to do to avoid running into this problem again. I recommend to all owners to take a tour at this agency !!!

Virno, ci dispiace leggere il suo giudizio negativo nella sua recensione, purtroppo siamo in fase di cambiamento per quanto riguarda il servizio di telofonia fissa (con tutti gli inconvenienti che comporta)pertanto non eravamo in grado di poter rispondere al telefono e cambiare il messaggio in segreteria. Detto questo la rendo partecipe del fatto che siamo presenti su tutti i social media (facebook, instagram, e sito internet) quindi siamo altrettanto facilmente rintracciabili. La nostra agenzia ha sempre messo al primo posto il rapporto con la propria clientela, curandolo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Credo che sia importante esprimere dei giudizi ed è assolutamente sacrosanto, sarebbe ugualmente importante però, prima di esprimere un giudizio (negativo o positivo)conoscere la persona/e oggetto di quel giudizio. Having said that, I share with you the fact that we are present on all social media (facebook, instagram, and website) so we are just as easily traceable. Our agency has always put the relationship with its customers first, treating it in all respects. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti è dire poco. Vedo un loro annuncio su immobiliare.it il venerdì, il sabato provo a chiamare ma sono chiusi. Allora riprovo lunedì mattina alle 9.38 (circa 10min dopo l'apertura) e mi risponde un signore dicendo che mi avrebbe richiamato tra mezz'ora perché era con dei clienti. Inutile dire che non mi ha mai richiamato e l'annuncio è sparito poco dopo. Direi che almeno dirmi che stava prendendo in considerazione altre persone era il minimo.
Incompetent is an understatement. I see their announcement on immobiliare.it on Friday, on Saturday I try to call but they are closed. Then I try again Monday morning at 9.38am (about 10min after opening) and a gentleman answers me saying he would call me back in half an hour because he was with clients. Needless to say, he never called me back and the announcement disappeared soon after. I would say that at least telling me that he was considering other people was the least.

Nonostante la grande richiesta per quell’immobile è riuscito a gestire perfettamente la situazione garantendoci chiarezza e rapidità nelle risposte. Inoltre cosa non da poco si è occupato lui della voltura di tutte le utenze dell’appartamento.
Sicuramente se avremo bisogno in futuro ci appoggeremo di nuovo alla sua agenzia.

Mi hanno chiamata per un appartamento in affitto, non sono riuscita a rispondere e ho richiamato dopo 30 minuti ma non c'era la persona interessata. Ho richiamato nei giorni successivi, per 4 volte, e questo referente non c'era mai. Quando sono riuscita a sentirlo mi ha liquidata dicendo che ormai aveva finito gli appuntamenti per questa settimana e di farmi risentire la prossima.
Ho capito che avete tante richieste di affitto, ho capito che il mercato non è dei migliori, ma se questa è la vostra considerazione del cliente allora non siete sicuramente un'agenzia da appoggiarsi.
When it is said that professionalism is of the few.
They called me for a rented apartment, I was unable to answer and called back after 30 minutes but the person concerned was not there. I called back in the following days, 4 times, and this contact was never there. When I was able to hear him, he dismissed me saying that he had finished his appointments for this week and to make me hear the next one.
I understand that you have many requests for rent, I understand that the market is not the best, but if this is your consideration as a customer then you are definitely not an agency to rely on.
