★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ero interessato ad un immobile, ma su casa.it le foto sono bruttissime e non si vede niente. vado sul sito aziendale e non funziona. una agenzia immobiliare con un sito internet che non funziona sinceramente non dà l'idea di grande professionalità..... ! il sito internet è una vetrina e deve funzionare correttamente, le foto devono essere di qualità e ben curate. Sono ovviamente pronto a rivedere la recensione se il tutto viene rimediato.
I was interested in a property, but on casa.it the photos are very ugly and you can't see anything. I go to the company site and it doesn't work. a real estate agency with a website that does not work honestly does not give the idea of great professionalism .....! the website is a showcase and must work properly, the photos must be of quality and well cared for. I am obviously ready to review the review if all is remedied.

Se anche fossero in ferie, avrebbero potuto scriverlo da qualche parte, tipo sul profilo Google, sulla homepage del loro sito o sotto forma di voce automatica dopo il terzo squillo a vuoto.
Parte l'inoltro di chiamata (almeno, così sembra) ma non risponde comunque nessuno.
Chiamato sia il numero indicato nel loro sito che i due numeri di telefono fisso trovati su un annuncio pubblicato a loro nome su Casa.it. Stesso risultato: nessuna risposta.
They do not respond to emails or to the phone.
Even if they were on vacation, they could have written it down somewhere, like on their Google profile, on their website's homepage, or in the form of an automatic voice after the third blank ring.
Call forwarding starts (at least, so it seems) but nobody answers anyway.
Called both the number listed on their site and the two landline numbers found on an advertisement published in their name on Casa.it. Same result: no answer.

Lo sto chiamando da ieri, ma mi da sempre occupato, ho provato a chiamare dal tel di mia moglie, schuillava!!!
Se non sei piu enteressato al meno abbi un minimo di professionalità e rispondi alla gente .
Delusione

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi avevamo fissato un appuntamento per vedere un immobile. Si è presentato il sig. Massimiliano, al quale abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni su un modulo di consenso che ci aveva chiesto di portare firmato. Nel modulo era contenuto il nome e il codice fiscale del cliente, oltre ad una serie di indicazioni in merito al possibile contagio Covid.
Alla nostra richiesta di informazioni, la risposta secca è stata 'firmate e salite, non firmate non salite'..... La nostra risposta è stata 'andiamo via, grazie lo stesso'.
Bastava con cortesia spiegarci cosa dovevamo firmare e perché..... Scortese e sgarbato, con poco amore per quello che fa
