★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati da oltre un mese per un appartamento in Seriate con la promessa di essere richiamato con priorità non appena il geometra avrebbe finito le ferie, non solo non mi hanno ricontattato ma con dispiacere sono venuto a conoscenza (li ho richiamati io!!!) che l’appartamento non è più disponibile. Nemmeno un’alternativa è stata proposta. Decisamente non all’altezza.
Pessima gestione rapporti con eventuali clienti.
Contacted for over a month for an apartment in Seriate with the promise of being called back with priority as soon as the surveyor would have finished the holidays, not only did they not contact me again but with regret I learned (I called them back !!!) that the apartment is no longer available. Not even an alternative has been proposed. Definitely not up to par.
Bad management of relationships with any customers.
