La visita all'immobile andata a buon fine, anche se veniamo subito messi sull'allerta dai vari abusi che dovevano essere condonati. Decidiamo di proseguire, la casa ci piaceva perciò abbiamo aspettato le procedure di condono. Incontrato il venditore in agenzia, che con le lacrime agli occhi disse che avrebbe venduto la casa a noi. Procedure mai terminate. L'agente immobiliare ed il venditore, carissimi amici, ci hanno raggirato e usato per alzare il prezzo e vendere ai vicini di casa, il giorno dopo che la nostra proposta è scaduta (noi già pronti a rinnovare). Il loro giochino ci è costato tempo perso, 6 mesi di giri, telefonate ed e-mail (già deliberato mutuo con la banca). Poco male, all'agenzia sta costando molto di più in reputazione. Infine.. mi raccomando, ora rispondete che non mi conoscete, come fate con tutti. I relied on this agency, moved by an announcement that seemed serious and reliable. Dopo aver effettuato l’ispezione e il check-out dell’appartamento insieme, mi viene confermato dal signore in questione che lo stato della casa era “apposto” e che di conseguenza non ci sarebbero stati problemi riguardo al rimborso della cauzione. Diversi giorni dopo, non avendo ancora ricevuto niente per la data prestabilita, decido di contattarli per ricordargli gentilmente della somma a me dovuta ma mi viene risposto che mi sarebbe stato accreditata solo una piccolissima parte del rimborso perché, a parere loro, ci sarebbero stati dei danni da me causati che al momento dell’ispezione, però, non furono messi in discussione. Dopo avergli risposto che, in mia difesa, avevo una registrazione che dimostrava l’esatto contrario mi viene detto che possedevano delle foto che comprovavano l’effettivo danno da me causato, foto che avrebbero potuto scattare in qualsiasi momento ma, se ciò fosse stato vero, avrebbero dovuto farle al momento dell’ispezione e non successivamente al check-out, affermando che fosse tutto apposto. Riguardo alla camera non ci si può lamentare del design, però per il prezzo pagato non ne vale la pena in quanto manca di alcuni servizi e allestimenti, anche nella casa in generale, come ad esempio una scrivania, il congelatore, la TV e la lavatrice. Riguardo al riscaldamento, invece, la casa e dotata di termosifoni che però rendevano poco e non era possibile aumentarli in quanto erano stati bloccati dal proprietario in modo tale da non poter essere utilizzati oltre un limite. After replying that, in my defense, I had a recording that proved the exact opposite, I am told that they had photos that proved the actual damage I caused, photos that they could have taken at any time but, if that were true , they should have done them at the time of the inspection and not after the check-out, stating that everything was fine. Regarding the room, you can't complain about the design, but for the price paid it's not worth it as it lacks some services and fittings, even in the house in general, such as a desk, freezer, TV and washing machine. . With regard to heating, however, the house is equipped with radiators which, however, yielded little and it was not possible to increase them as they had been blocked by the owner in such a way that they could not be used beyond a limit.
