★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione bellissima in pieno centro, ospita mostre molto interessanti, specie di pittura e fotografiche. Non manca un fornitissimo bancone di pesce, molto del quale fresco, nè la frutta e verdura.
 Beautiful location in the center, it hosts very interesting exhibitions, especially of painting and photography. There is also a well-stocked counter of fish, much of which is fresh, as well as fruit and vegetables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una bella piazzetta piccola ma significativa, una bella fontana, panchine per sedersi e rilassarsi, ma è lasciata sola. Eppure c'è un bel mercato rionale vicinissimo ed alcuni esercizi commerciali di tutto rispetto. Potrebbe essere utilizzata come ritrovo culturale o per bambini. Secondo me è un piccolo gioiello grezzo da rivalutare.
It is a nice small but meaningful square, a nice fountain, benches to sit and relax, but it is left alone. Yet there is a nice local market very close and some respectable shops. It could be used as a cultural meeting place or for children. In my opinion it is a small rough jewel to be re-evaluated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a Rovigo di venerdì sera a vedere la finale di un concorso di monologhi teatrali per la rassegna "Pillole di teatro". Non ero mai stata a Rovigo e l'ho trovata una piccola città molto carina con un bel centro storico, bei palazzi ben tenuti (palazzo Roverella), belle piazze contornate da lunghi ed ampi portici e belle strade con bei negozi e molti bar con molti spazi all'aperto frequentatissimi. Lungo il corso principale c'erano stand gastronomici da tutta Italia. Forse era la serata particolare ma mi è sembrata una cittadina piena di vita?
I went to Rovigo on Friday evening to see the final of a theatrical monologue competition for the review "Pillole di teatro". I had never been to Rovigo and I found it a very nice little town with a nice old town, nice well kept buildings (Roverella palace), nice squares surrounded by long and wide arcades and nice streets with nice shops and many bars with many busy outdoor spaces. Along the main street there were food stands from all over Italy. Maybe it was the particular evening but it seemed like a town full of life?
