Ho fatto una proposta di acquisto per un appartamento, prima di Natale 2020, con scadenza 30 dicembre dello stesso mese.
Fino al 30 non ho ricevuto alcuna chiamata per avere risposta, e così, decido di chiamare io, il giorno dopo, per avere informazioni,
ma nessuno risponde ( era zona rossa); ritento il 2 gennaio, idem.
Il 4 gennaio, lunedi', mi rispondono e mi viene detto che la mia offerta di Xk€ è stata rifiutata e che il proprietario dell'immobile ha rifiutato anche Xk+1.
Dopo aver attaccato, mi iniziano a venire dei dubbi, inizio a chiedermi QUANDO questo ipotetico offerente di Xk+1 avrebbe fatto una eventuale proposta, dato che i giorni seguenti alla scadenza della mia erano rossi, ma soprattutto come mai non ci fosse un minimo di margine di trattabilità nè una controproposta dalla controparte (immobile messo in vendita a Xk+2).
Intanto, continuando a pensare a questa fantomatica casa, torno su immobiliare.it e vedo che l'annuncio è stato eliminato.
Chiamo e mi viene raccontata l'ipotesi di un'offerta di un amico del proprietario, che però, forse, ma e chissà. Faccio notare la cancellazione dell'annuncio e le versioni della storia vengono modificate ancora.
Dal mio punto di vista, questa non è stata assolutamente un'esperienza positiva.
Unfortunately my experience with this agency was not the best.
I made a purchase proposal for an apartment, before Christmas 2020, with a deadline of 30 December of the same month.
Until the 30th I have not received any call to have an answer, and so, I decide to call myself, the next day, for information,
but no one answers (it was the red zone); I try again on January 2nd, ditto.
On January 4th, Monday, they answer me and I am told that my offer of Xk € has been refused and that the owner of the property has also refused Xk + 1.
After attacking, doubts begin to arise, I begin to wonder WHEN this hypothetical bidder of Xk + 1 would have made a possible proposal, given that the days following the expiry of mine were red, but above all why there was not a minimum of negotiability margin nor a counter-proposal by the counterpart (property offered for sale at Xk + 2).
Meanwhile, continuing to think about this phantom house, I go back to immobiliare.it and see that the ad has been deleted.
I call and I am told the hypothesis of an offer from a friend of the owner, who, however, perhaps, but and who knows. I point out the cancellation of the ad and the versions of the story are changed again.
From my point of view, this was by no means a positive experience.
